Be sure to bring at least two motor-powered toys if you want to fill the 10' x 30' dock slip and a paddock space at the racetrack!

The airy living space includes an adjoining sitting nook, screened porch, dining room, and open kitchen equipped with in wall oven, 6 burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and refrigerator with ice maker - there are also several extras on hand like a crock pot, coffee pot, Keurig, stock pots, George Foreman, food processor, blender, roasting pans and matching dinner and serving ware galore. Off the living room is a full bathroom, a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and a loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Downstairs there's a den with a wet bar perfect for game nights, a laundry room, two spacious master suites both with king beds and a third ensuite with a queen bed. Three glass doors on this level give access to the large lower deck, terraced landscape, over-the-water martini deck and dock. A hammock, fire pit, lawn games, loungers, tables, adirondacks and a slide for the brave await! Please note that if you have been here in the past, the tram from deck to dock is no longer available for use.

The house is equipped with Amazon fire sticks and cable channels on all 5 TVs and there is strong Wi-Fi throughout from the high-speed fiber internet. There is a Google home hub, Bluetooth speaker, games and puzzles for the whole family, plenty of parking, a new bbq grill, a double high Queen air mattress and an air pump for your floaties!
