Escape to En Plein Air, a beautifully appointed lakefront home tucked into a quiet cove on Lake Toxaway. This inviting retreat features a stunning great room with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area that opens to expansive decks overlooking the water. Enjoy cozy evenings on the screened porch with its own fireplace, or relax on the boathouse’s upper sun deck with panoramic lake views.

With three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, the home comfortably sleeps six and offers two fireplaces, smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a built-in gas grill. The gentle shoreline, private dock, and included canoe, kayak, and paddleboard make lake days effortless and fun.

Optional access to Lake Toxaway Country Club is available from April through November (subject to application and usage fees). Please note that En Plein Air does not allow pets, and private boats may not be trailered onto the lake. Boat rentals are available through Lake Toxaway Marina at

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Lake Toxaway is a very scenic setting - so quiet and peaceful in the Fall - and the location of the house on the lake was perfect. Nestled in a quiet cove, we enjoyed fishing & relaxing on the very spacious dock (as well as renting a boat from the marina for fishing as well). We enjoyed lunch out on top of the boathouse and evening fires in the screened-in porch. The home was clean & spacious, in addition to being very well furnished with everything you might need. Check-in instructions were clear and the process was seamless. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back to Lake Toxaway in the future!

The interior is comfortable from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The kids slept later than usual and talked about how comfortable the beds all are. The pool table and checkers provided extra entertainment all week. The kitchen and family room were comfortable and had everything you needed for a great family stay.

Amazing Getaway

This property was a perfect fall break getaway for our family. The house has a perfect layout for a family with a gourmet kitchen and lovely spaces to relax in. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock the most while our boys fished in the lake.
