Super location however entrance in questionable alleyway

This property is located in a great area however finding the unmarked entrance required help from a store owner. Once we found the entrance it was in a nasty, concerning alley. The alley floods very easily and is impassable when it rains. Parking is located 5 blocks away. It is loud because it is between Broughton and city market however earplugs and a sound machine are in the bedrooms. The furniture was minimal and unsafe as there were two screws on the floor from the table. There was no CO detector or sprinkler system. We did have a leak on my parent’s bed during a rainstorm and the cleaning crew came very fast to change the sheets in the morning . I hope someone will try to fix the leak in the roof before someone else comes. The kitchen sink faucet was loose. Bathrooms had no grab bars or nonslip in the tubs. Any issues were quickly addressed with contact, however I am unsure if the problems that I discussed will be addressed. This place has potential but definitely needs a well marked Sonder awning and instructions for check in.
