Great location

Great location. Easy to find and access unit. The bed linens had stains on them. The carpet is stained. There is no regular cable TV. There was a metal thing from who knows where laying on the carpet of the living room when I arrived. Very inconvenient that there was no hair dryer.

Great Place

Nice place in a great part of town. My only complaint was the various emails. Please put check-in procedures, codes, parking instructions, and checkout procedures all in the same email.

Move in weekend

I was in town to move my daughter into her apartment for the new school year. The proximity to the university and all the shops and restaurants can’t be beat. The building is nicely decorated, very clean and it is very secure. I would definitely stay again!

Belcourt - Nashville

Generally speaking this is a good place to stay. It’s very conveniently located, and the unit is updated and clean. Unfortunately, the fan was malfunctioning and made such a racket that we couldn’t have it on at night, which without four walls separating the bedrooms, was problematic. We attempted to communicate with with property manager but did not receive a response.
