Property Not As Expected

Furniture excessively worn. Sofa way beyond uncomfortable. Unable to successfully access streaming services. Property advertised washer and dryer. Ran a load in the dryer for over 2 hours and it NEVER dried. Contacted property owner MULTIPLE times and NEVER got resolution. Pillows had foul/funky stale odor. Coffee pot but no coffee. Other properties we’ve stayed at always provide basic complimentary essentials. This place was extremely disappointing, especially for what we paid. The property is clearly in a high-rise occupied by actual residents. A resident on the floor we stayed was always cooking pungent smelling meals and the odor permeated the entire hallway. Only good thing I can say is location was good, but that alone would not warrant a favorable rating. Save your money and the headache and skip this place. The worst part was the lack of concern and action on the part of the property owner. They didn’t even pretend to try and help!

Good Location but some problems

The location is very close to downtown which is great. Check in was easy. Be aware that parking is not included. The parking garage across the street renews at midnight not every 24 hours. The place is nice but needs some TLC. The fridge seal was half ripped off which they came to glue back. The bed duvet didn't fit the comforter. The duvet was way too big and the comforter kept falling out of the king bed. The TV wasn't plug in and it takes a PhD to figure out how to make it work. You must have a streaming service on your phone to watch movies. All that is provided is literally a TV and an extension cord which wasn't plugged in. That's it. The thing that was very disappointing was the dryer. It literally takes three to four hours to dry a load. They came to fix it but it didn't fix it. The dryer ruined two of my loads of clothes and made it moldy. I feel like the owner of the building doesn't know the condition of the place. It looks nice from far away but a close up look makes it pretty disappointing for such a location place.

38 hours in Philly

Me and my friends decided to randomly come to Philly for 38 hours and this location allowed us to see a lot of the tourist places we wanted to see. The beds we’re comfortable, the apartment was immaculate and we had no issues. Even got to take cute pics on the rooftop! Very pleased and will be back!
