Sadly NOT for everyone!
I waited to review because I wanted to see if the would do the right thing and although they did comp my first night and moved us….it wasn’t enough.
First off the room (310) looks nothing like any of the photos they advertise with. When you book a room you get a similar room and as explained by the GM..some are renovated some are not.
I had a 4 year old with me and this hotel is placed around a restaurant /court yard. They use is as a selling point but claim they have nothing to do with the restaurant when you have a problem with it. We dealt with the loudest group of people outside on the porch of the Wellborn screaming, swearing and vile stories followed by dish cleanup around 1am. We were told by Sonder that they would refund our Wellborn bill and now they say they aren’t affiliated.
We were moved the next day and the GM was very kind and understanding, but with only a 2 night stay it was way too much in the end to deal with.
If you are young or looking to party this place is perfect, but there is some trickery here with photos and advertising that is somewhat unethical and it is not for children!
