Nice location/room but terrible noise

Check-in was easy, and the spot was beautiful. The location alone made us want to stay here. Everything was set up conveniently in the room. We had an issue with the people who stayed above us. There was loud music blasting from 10pm-4am - we couldn't sleep. Because the walls are so thin, you can hear everything. Our property manager said they could tell them to turn it off, but that didn't work. Their policy was no parties or loud noises between 10pm-8am when renting, but it wasn't true. We left a few days early, but they refunded us for the nights we didn't stay. We were really hoping to use this rental unit in the future as we are from South Florida, and visit Orlando often.

Great downtown stay

Centrally located. Easy to get around, close to restaurants, coffee shops and Lake Eola within walking distance. Awesome accommodations. Very clean and modern. Has a beautiful courtyard with food and drink available including a bar. Will definitely stay again.

Great hidden spot with a fun night life

Unique venue at the edge of downtown. Great neighborhood for morning jogs. Garden bar with great service for the late nights. Could use some better outlet placement in the units particularly at the "desk", but would gladly stay there again for work/play trips.
