A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

There, you'll find essentials like Woolworths supermarket, local favorites such as Roadies Café, and beautiful parks that are best explored on foot—like Billabong Park, Gloucester Aboriginal Park, and the scenic Bucketts Walk.
For day trips, just an hour’s drive will take you to Barrington Tops, where you can hike through ancient forests, kayak along the Barrington River, discover stunning campsites, browse local markets, and visit charming cellar doors.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 3.5 hrs drive from Sydney CBD to Gloucester
- 7 hrs drive from Brisbane CBD to Gloucester
- 11.5 hrs drive from Melbourne CBD to Gloucester
By public transport: The best way to get to Gloucester is by private car or bus.
Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed onsite
- Not suitable for children under 12 years old
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No mobile reception. Reception available 5 mins away by car.
- Composting bins are available for guests to dispose of trash properly
- Restricted access is only limited to the "Big House" and farm equipment
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving
