Beautifully remodeled one (1) bedroom two (2) bath Garden view Condo. This condo has a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room which allow this unit to accommodate up to four (4) people. There is an open floor plan where the fully equipped kitchen opens up to dining and living areas. There are two private lanais, one off of the living room and one off of the bedroom. Flooring is a mixture of carpet and tile.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was conveniently located, and check-in was fairly easy. Unfortunately, the condo showed its age, with old, semi-functional appliances and dinged walls and corners. The little patio off the master bedroom was overgrown, with a broken trellis tossed in the corner. Didn't seem anyone had tended to it in months.

April 2022 Stay
We had a lovely visit here. This unit was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It had everything we needed, and more. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker, blender, and toaster. It has laundry facilities within the unit, and a beautiful lanai as well. The bed was comfortable and there were ceiling fans and air conditioners. We were also pleased with the location of the unit, just a short walk across the street to the beach. In addition we used the gas bbq grills adjacent to our unit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
