About this property
Nanga Mai Luxe Bushland Haven near Yallingup Beach
Wake up to kangaroos grazing by the dam and soak in sweeping views across tranquil bushland. This serene escape offers multiple outdoor entertainment zones—from sunlit patios to a BBQ deck ideal for alfresco dining. Inside, unwind in spacious living areas, cook in the modern kitchen, and enjoy year-round comfort with a fireplace and ducted air conditioning. With Yallingup Beach and Dunsborough town centre just minutes away, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy the laid-back charm of the South West.
Step onto sprawling grounds and stroll through manicured gardens, with sweeping views of the dam unfolding before you. Inside, unwind in the living area with your favourite films, or curl up with a book by the crackling wood fireplace on cooler nights. Firewood is provided to get you started, with more available at local service stations and hardware stores if needed.
The chef's kitchen is a showstopper: Gaggenau appliances, including a steam oven, massive conventional oven, and plate warmer, plus a premium Liebherr fridge-freezer and marble benchtops. A walk-in scullery keeps everything effortlessly tidy. Enjoy casual bites at the dining nook for two or gather around the ten-seater dining table for a shared feast. For an alfresco dining experience, step onto the timber deck, fire up the BBQ and share meals at the bench seating for an unforgettable alfresco dining experience. Wander between multiple outdoor lounge areas, sip morning coffee in the quiet garden corner, or take in the stillness from the patio as kangaroos graze nearby. After beach days, rinse off in the outdoor shower built into a natural stone wall.
Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. The primary suite is a peaceful haven with a king bed, custom cabinetry in the walk-in robe, and an enormous ensuite featuring a walk-in shower and a deep soaking bath with garden views and dam views. The second bedroom also features a king bed and a sleek ensuite. The third and fourth bedrooms have private external entries and are filled with natural light—one features a queen bed, the other a double and a single. A third bathroom, discreetly tucked behind a hallway panel, ensures convenience for larger groups.
A full laundry with a washing machine, dryer and iron offers added ease for extended stays. Dedicated workspace, ample on-site parking, and all the modern comforts you need. With reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, you'll enjoy whisper-quiet comfort in every season.
Location perfection: Close enough to enjoy Yallingup's surf breaks, cellar doors, and Dunsborough's town centre—far enough to guarantee peace and privacy.
Please note: The property features unfenced deep water access. Children must be supervised outdoors at all times.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
