Estuvimos un grupo de amigos 3 noches. La casa está muy bien equipada. Lo que no nos gustó es que el propietario vino 2 veces a la casa. Una para poner una mesa, que evidentemente es algo que puede esperar, y otra para que tapáramos el jacuzzi porque estaba lloviendo. No nos avisó previamente y no nos habló de forma adecuada. Si alquilas una propiedad no puedes invadir la intimidad de los inquilinos, creo que se excedió.

Grande villa très agréable à vivre, très bien conçue pour recevoir 12 personnes, piscine très appréciée, proximité de la plage, barbecue et plancha super. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Jean Yves qui est un hôte très sympathique. Malheureusement manque d'entretien (appareils de sport sous l'abri rouillés donc inutilisables, beaucoup de moutons sous les lits des chambres, salles de bain et surtout douches pas très propres ...). par contre, pas de problème d'odeur.

Location spacieuse et proche de l océan

La situation géographique est idéale, tranquille, proche de la plage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Seul bemol l entretien du linge et des locaux, les femmes de menage ne sont pas tres efficaces.

VMC inexistante ce qui amène beaucoup d'humidité et des moustiques !!apparemment pas branchée... Propreté moyenne. évacuation de lavabo à vérifier. odeur très désagréable ( chambre du fond a l'étage ) Maison bien distribuée et bien équipée mais l’entretien et le renouvellement des équipements de loisirs mériteraient d’être mieux assurés de même que la literie. propriétaire sympathique et accueillant

Très bon emplacement

Jean-Yves est quelqu'un de sympathique et à l'écoute. Le logement était parfait avec ses 6 chambres et 6 salles de bain pour une famille de 10. et bien situé le long de la côte basque entre Bayonne et Hendaye et proche de l'autoroute. Piscine et jacuzzi au top. Baby-foot et billard ont énormément plus. Bémol : vétusté des appareil de sport, draps et serviettes tachées (mais des taches propres - du moins je pense), et remontée d'odeur dans les salles de bain. cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Villa très bien, manque un peu de propreté, et piscine annoncée chauffée alors qu'elle ne l'était pas. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances car la maison a beaucoup d'atouts, beaucoup de place, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec WC ...

Belle maison de vacances.

Très belle maison.Intéressante pour famille ou groupe. Bonne situation(plage et centre de Bidart). Avons pu profiter avec plaisir du spa fin décembre! lave vaisselle à changer et entretien à améliorer.

Geräumiges Haus, Ausstattung unzureichend

Das Haus ist geräumig für eine größere Gesellschaft, allerdings lässt die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig: der Kühlschrank ist viel zu klein, das Kochgeschirr unzureichend, die Fahrräder und Fitnessgeräte mehr oder weniger alt und verrostet, schöner Pool mit nur 4 (!) Liegestühlen, das WLAN funktioniert nur an wenigen Stellen im Haus, die Sauberkeit in der Küche nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Lage des Hauses in Laufnähe zum Strand ist ruhig.

Une vrai maison de vacances, nous avons passé de tres bonnes soirées sur la terrasse, utilisé la plancha ainsi que la piscine et le jacuzzi. Logement vaste et confortable, plusieurs coins canapés et proche de la plage (5 minutes à pied) et surtout un propriétaire serviable, gentil et disponible...

Rien à redire nous avons passé une semaine dans une maison tout confort .Il ne nous manquait que le soleil. Maison très propre,avec femmes de ménage discrètes et efficaces. Propriétaire sympathique donnant tous les conseils utiles si besoin. Je recommanderai de toute évidence cette jolie maison située à proximité de l'océan.

Super séjour entres amis. La villa est très spacieuse avec des grandes chambres qui comprennent une salle de bain + toilettes à chaque fois. Cela apporte un petit plus pour profiter au mieux de la villa. La pièce commune est très vaste ce qui nous a permis de nous retrouver et de partager de bons moments. Les chambres du bas et les grandes baies vitrées donnent sur la piscine et le jacuzzi. On était donc la plupart du temps sur la terrasse. Le bonus est la proximité avec l'océan (5 minutes en vélo). Les vélos sont disponibles dans la villa. Le propriétaire a été très avenant et sympa. Rien à dire, séjour au top. On le regrette déjà :(

Séjour au top dans une maison bien conçue et très agréable à vivre. Il est important de noter que cette maison est un vrai hôtel particulier avec une salle de bain par chambre et un grand espace commun très agréable ! Le propriétaire est disponible des qu'on lui fait appel et très sympathique. Les équipements de la maison sont impressionnant et très satisfaisant pour un séjour entre copains ou en famille !! Vu de la terrasse et du salon sur une superbe terrasse avec Piscine et Spa, équipement sportif, vélo à disposition, table de Ping-pong, planche de surf, bref tout pour passer de bon moments entre copains... Je recommande cette maisons sans hésitations !!

La villa est très bien située, à 2 minutes de la plage et des commerces. Elle est très fonctionnelle avec une salle de bain par chambre. De nombreux atouts; beaucoup d'espace, piscine et jaccuzzi, plancha... Vous serez bien accueilli par un propriétaire très symapthique. A recommander à tout le monde.
