Anjou is one of the beautiful apartments in our EXCLUSIVE BUILDING on the charming Place Dauphine square. Right in the heart of the city on the Ile de la Cité Place Dauphine is a historic location, having been built in 1610 at the request of Kind Henri IV. You will be surrounded by history while enjoying every modern convenience. State of the art elevator, separate washer and dryer, high security digital locks and double-glazed windows for good sound insulation allows guests to enjoy contemporary comforts in a remarkable 17th century setting.

Situated on the first and second floors, the Anjou showcases the incredible beams from the 1600s that create a charming historic touch to this MODERN TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT.

FEATURING a fully equipped kitchen, living room and comfortable queen bed in the bedroom on the second floor while downstairs on the first floor there is a studio with two single beds that can be pushed together to one bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. Enjoy a romantic dinner at your home away from home or snuggle up, enjoy some French wine and take in the Parisian scenes just outside your window.

JUST OUTSIDE your door is one of the most coveted secret spots in Paris, the beautiful Place Dauphine. The square is lined with historic buildings from the early 1600s and is full of trees and a few perfectly placed benches to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. It is also a popular spot for locals to play a game of pétanque, which you can enjoy watching in the square or just listen to the soft clink of the steel balls used in the traditional French game from your window. The area is also popular with lawyers who work nearby at the Palais de Justice, so there are excellent cafés and restaurants to enjoy!

Things to Note:

Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

There is an elevator to the property. Internal stairs with 13 steps. The property is not handicap accessible.

Street noise can be heard from Bedroom 2, it may not be suitable for noise-sensitive guests. A sound machine is provided to aid with sleeping.

The doorway to bedroom 1 has the original 1610 wood beams along the top (between 5'10" and 6'1" in height). If you're 6' or taller, you'll need to watch your head when passing through. Although once inside the rooms, the ceiling height is a comfortable 6'7"(200cm) high.

Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Absolutely wonderful and perfect location!

HANDS DOWN This IS the place to stay in Paris! You are centrally located to ALL the necessary places, and have your own little secluded area for breakfast, crepes, drinks/wine, bakery/pastries (by the top pastry chef in Paris!)! the apartment is beautifully appointed, CLEAN, and very comfortable! We will be back!! Everyone from the booking to checkin was very easy to work with and communication as perfect!

One of our favorites of all time

We travel extensively in the US, Mexico, and Europe and this may have been one of our favorite lodgings of all time! It really added to the magic of our Paris trip. The location cannot be beat, it was cute and cozy and perfect for a family with two teen agers. It's all of the things you should expect clean, etc. Extremely functional - we made dinner one evening and ate breakfast in every day. Just book it!

Extremely clean and organized - the flat had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Paris. The building is perfectly located for a family to peacefully enjoy the city in a quite square right in the center of the action. Easy walking to most sites. The staff was on time, responsive and courteous. The living room with a window overlooking the square was delightful. A renter must understand that the bedroom located on the ground floor gets a lot of traffic past its widow, but the blackout curtains make sleeping easy. I would love to stay again in one of the other flats in the building. They are all tastefully decorated and clean. My family especially appreciated the welcome basket on the dining room table when we arrived.

Excellent Location … 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit … perfect for 2 couples … we were Mom and Dad and Son w/Girl Friend … S&G were downstairs w/private entrance and en-suite bath/ we were upstairs w/living room/kitchen and 1.5 Bath. Walk to everything Lourve/Recon Norte Dame/All Museums - great location and wonderful accommodations … we came from London via EuroStar - and the recommended Victor Cabs met us on arrival and delivered us to the exact location. 5 Star Experience!!!

This apartment was over the top perfect! From the driver Hugo who picked us up at the train station to the exquisite location of the apartment, we will definitely stay here again. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We had our two teenagers so the second bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed when we arrived. We enjoyed the nice towels and bedding, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee, and washer and dryer. They were very hospitable by leaving a bottle of wine, water, orange juice and milk. This was so nice that we did not need to rush to the market when we arrived. Over all I can not say enough good things about the staff and accommodations. Virgile was there to meet us when arrived to show us everything in the apartment. This apartment is located on the island of ponet neuf which is centrally located with so many wonderful restaurants within steps from the front door. The metro is also step from the apartment was very convenient to all the main attractions. Last but not least the apartment overlooks a beautiful park. At night we would sit with the windows open and have a glass of wine. It was very quite at night.

“I can’t speak highly enough of this apartment and the people managing it. The booking procedure was easy, the cost extremely reasonable and the welcome and communication from the staff in Paris exceptional. As always we were slightly apprehensive about booking an apartment based on online pictures but as soon as we arrived we realised our expectations could never have lived up to the reality. The location of Anjou on Place Dauphine is sublime. Paces from everything you’d wish to visit in Paris the square is quiet, classy and beautiful. The apartment itself is in a lovely 5 storey historic building. The lobby is welcoming, modern and has complimentary 24 hour hot drinks available as well as fresh baguettes delivered every morning at 07.30. Anjou, on the ground and first floor is a duplex apartment that was ideal for four of us to stay comfortably. The decor is modern, sparklingly clean and extremely tasteful. The ceiling beams, a nod to the historic nature of the building, add to the coziness and charm of the place. WiFi, two TVs with satellite and remote control heating add a touch of high tech to the apartment. We came to sightsee but found ourselves drawn back to our apartment wherever we were just to relax in comfort. This is unquestionably one of the best holiday apartments we have ever seen. We will definitely be returning as we now consider Anjou our real home from home in Paris. …”

We loved the location of the Anjou apartment. It was not only on a quiet and beautiful street, but it was walking distance to so many sights of Paris. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Staying at the Anjou really enhanced our time in Paris. The staff was easy to work with and very professional. I'm glad we could call someone in the U.S.A. to discuss a change in our plans and they made it happen flawlessly. We also appreciated the recommendation to use Victor's taxi service from the airport.
