What a perfect couples retreat! Enjoy this 2nd tier 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo at Southwood Shores off Horseshoe Bend Parkway in Lake Ozark.
Bedroom features a Queen bed, flat screen 36" TV with fire stick and ceiling fan. Bathroom in the hall way services the bedroom and any guests. Large open kitchen has all major appliances down to the silverware. The breakfast bar accommodates 4 people comfortably. There is a stack washer and dryer located off the kitchen.
The living room includes the Queen sofa sleeper for those extra kiddos or other couple making this unit sleep up to 4, 55" flat screen TV, wireless internet and deck access. Once outside, you still have a great view of the lake, dining for 4 plus extra chairs, deck fan and electric grill. Take a short walk down to the point pool, or enjoy the hot tub and indoor pool in the club house!
Southwood Shores is located conveniently near many restaurants, the historical Bagnell Dam strip, shopping, golf, mini golf, arcades, parasailing, go carts and more!

Very Comfortable

This condo is so comfy it felt like home away from home. Few stairs and easy to access. The insufficient parking was my only complaint, but even with that inconvenience, I would stay again.

One of my favs

I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times, and I would definitely stay again. It’s comfortable, it’s clean and the management does a good job of making sure I have all the information I need prior to check in. The parking is still a bit of an issue, but not a dealbreaker.

Great location

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of extra pillows and bedding, the couch folds out into a sofa bed if needed, there were complimentary coffee filters for the coffee pot, as well as laundry and dishwasher pods. There were little shampoo and conditioner bottles but they were teeny so I’d recommend bringing your own. There also was hardly any hand soap, the bottle was empty and we got a very small bar of soap to use. On the bright side that was our only real complaint. The condo had easy parking and was right across from the playground. It was a short work to either pool.

Those are typically not provided, but the bar soap should have been in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Mold and electrical issues

2 water catching bowls inside by the balcony window which had white mold growing on the inside frame. On the last night there it rained and leaked into the place from the balcony. Rain water was pouring through the ceiling of the balcony and the ceiling fans that were running out there. Last but not least the in room dryer didn't dry clothes after multiple attempts.

Jeffery, we appreciate the review and feedback. We have appealed to the association to have the owner above fix the issue with the water run off coming back toward the building, but they apparently move really slowly. We have been cleaning that window area each time after it rains but it appears that it was overlooked during the last cleaning, we apologize for that. Concerning the dryer we had that repaired earlier this year and it looks like it may not be working again. Please remember on both issues that we have staff in the office seven days a week and that we can provide assistance with any issues that you may encounter. We are only a phone call away! Charming, comfy condo!

This condo was just the perfect little fit for the 4 of us! It was clean, decorated lovely, close to everything, a great pool...it was just great all the way around. That's all I can say...go there yourself and have a wonderful time!

Very nice...BUT...

We stayed here over the weekend for Bikefest. The condo was very nice and clean! We had everything we needed. The only issue...and it was definitely and big one was PARKING. Most of the time we couldn't park our bike anywhere near our door, let alone our building. Not sure why spots aren't assigned to the units in the building?!? We will be back...but there needs to be a solution. Eddie
