We loved our stay! Great size, comfortable and clean. No bugs :) zip line and outdoor area were great. Close to shops, restaurants, lakes, hikes and walks. We LOVED being right next to the little Colorado river. Our kids were in heaven! Will for sure stay again.

Enjoyed the thanksgiving holiday with a big family group and it was more than enough space. Lots of activities for the kids, close to town, super clean. One of the best Greer cabins we’ve stayed in, would stay again in a heartbeat!

We’ve stayed at a lot of vrbo’s over the years and I can honestly say this was one of our favorites! The scenery in Greer is unmatched and the home is decorated so well. This one will become a staple for us.
We really enjoyed our stay at Whispering Hollow Lodge. It was very cute and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the outdoor play house and zip line. The scavenger hunt was a nice addition. We would book here again.
The home is exactly as expected and the host was extremely helpful. Everything we could possibly need was there. The kids love fishing in the little pond. The Playhouse and especially the zip line were huge hits. We had a wonderful time here and couldn't be happier with the home.

Gem
Love this place. The layout, location, & what it offers is above and beyond. We spent time mostly outdoors anyways. Even though there was a wild fire recently and didn't know until we were there, there were still beautiful animals & what nature offered around. Also loved the hospitality of the people around in this gem. We will be back again for sure. Thank you.
Our family enjoyed the beauty and comfort of Whispering Hollow Lodge. It was spacious and with a lot to offer. Our youngest enjoyed the zip line and indoor swing. We all appreciated all the character and amenities the place offered. The fire place, family room and kitchen were great. The cozy loft was a nice place to hang out as well. The location was convenient for us while still providing some privacy. The views were gorgeous, especially since we had snow.

Internet was slow. This requires little improvement. Rest all were good and we had wonderful stay
We had a great time with two families and 5 kids in this house. It was only 25 mins from the ski slopes which was perfect. The house had everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms, lots of thoughtful details, and a fun indoor scavenger hunt for the kids! It was cozy and clean and we hope to come back again in the summer and stay again! Recommend 10/10!!
Hi Jennifer, thanks for your review. We understand the homeowner and their team promptly resolved your concern and went to generous measures to make things right. We apologize if we did not come to an agreeable solution. The owner does all they can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
I don’t know how often this happens but at dusk we heard an elk bugling and pretty soon a whole herd showed up. Looks like they camped out overnight near the backyard pond. At the crack of dawn they started to head out and we had the best show one could offer. The stars at night are amazing. Can’t get views like that in the city. Our kids loved the scavenger hunt and zip line. Accommodations were perfect for our family size. Wished I had stayed longer (at least a week).

Weekend Stay
We’ve stayed at this cabin multiple times and have always enjoyed the peaceful setting and overall comfort. However, this recent visit fell short in a few key areas. The garage door code did not work upon arrival, which was frustrating after a long drive. The Wi-Fi quality was noticeably poorer than usual — we couldn’t even log into our own streaming accounts, which was disappointing, especially with kids wanting to wind down with a movie in the evening.More concerning was the presence of random dirty clothing and socks scattered in the backyard and under the deck. It gave the property an unkempt feel that we haven’t experienced in the past.Aside from these issues, the stay was okay, and we still appreciate the cabin’s charm and location. We’re hoping these are one-off problems and that the host will address them moving forward.
This cabin was right in the heart of the village. We could walk to the stream, the library, and even the food trucks. It is less than a five minute drive to the lakes. We took 4 generations with us. It comfortably fit us all, and had every amenity any resort would offer from warm robes in each room, a pantry full of extra supplies, games for every age including a small zip line for our young children, and a baby bed, stroller and high chair for the baby! One highlight was watching 11 deer having breakfast in our front yard! We all thoroughly enjoyed our home for the week!
