Beautiful First Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo within a 5-minute walk to two FREE beach access points in the south end of Marco Island. 10 Min walk to numerous restaurants and movies. Beach Cart and beach chairs provided in the storage locker of carport. 1 Spot assigned for your vehicle. This condo has its own seating area by the entrance and a screened lanai. King Bed in the Master bedroom, Queen Bed in the 1st guest bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the 2nd guest bedroom. 1200 Square Feet; plenty of room for a family of 6. Brand new Appliances in the Kitchen
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only their service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
