About the host
Hosted by Andrea Donaldson
My husband and I both work in the arts and our twelve year old is about to go into grade eight. We love cooking, eating, swimming, and working on the cottage! Though we've been (the best) landlords for over a decade and have been using AirBnB since the early 2000's, this is our first time on Vrbo!
Why they chose this property
We bought this property because it is everything we want. It offers solitude, 200' of private shoreline, a deep quiet lake, and a cottage high up in the trees. This cottage was built lovingly 30 years ago and we've loved updating it, while preserving its pine charm. Only two-hours from Toronto, it is an instant unwinder.
What makes this property unique
The things we love most about the cottage: 1) It's actually a cottage - has all the right vibes 2) It's on three acres of tree-filled land - so good for the soul 3) It's on the lake - 76 stairs down to our private 30' dock 4) It is serene and spacious and perfect for lounging, eating and napping 5) It's perfect for sharing with our friends for sleepovers because it sleeps 8!
