This condo was spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The main bedroom bed was comfortable. The other bedrooms were fine, but they may be better suited to children than to adults. The condo is older and in need of updating, but it was fine otherwise. We would stay here again.

View was amazing each morning when I had my morning coffee. Girls had fun down at the pools. It was nice cause we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Shopping was close, so that was a great perk! It was nice to be able to still have all the stuff there so we could still cook there instead of eating out all the time. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for baseball travel

We had a great stay. Plenty of space and clean condo. Nice views. We were in town for a baseball tournament so the location was great for travel back and forth to Baseball National.

Good experience, three bedrooms, one bedroom was supposed to have two twins but had a queen. Wasnt a problem since i had a person drop out. Rest of condo was nice. Great view of the lake. The only down side was parking on the hills, especially on a bike.

Very nice condo!!! Home away from Home with all the nice touches. The balcony was so peaceful and quiet and over looked the lake. The bedrooms had lots of space. Loved everything about this condo. The owners definitely went above and beyond for my family’s stay at this condo♥️

Wonderful Condo

We went out to visit some family and found this little Condo that was perfect for our family. Beautiful views, very clean. Exactly what we needed. You do get some exercise walking up a pretty steep hill, but it became a family challenge to complete it. (You can drive down and be closer to the pool with plenty of parking spots). Overall, I would recommend this property to friends and family for the future.

Family Trip

Check in was smooth and location was really nice. Two screens missing on porch, carpet stains, laundry closet doors not aligned so hard to open, some bedroom/bathroom doors didn’t seem to align right and would not close, towel rack coming off wall, cupboards peeling, no can opener, rusted utensils in drawers, couldn’t get grill to start. Nothing that ruined our stay, just a lot of little things that I did not expect at this price point.

Top of the hill

This property was nice and the view was awesome but the description failed to mention that the condo is at the top of a very steep hill that had to be navigated to get to the boat dock. We ended up driving down and back up due to the steepness of it. So this actual condo might not be the best choice for someone with mobility problems. That being said the condo was great. Had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a bonus. Would definitely stay again now that I know all the deets.

Family Memories

We had a great time at this property. It was exactly what we were looking for with a family of 6. Enough sleeping room for everyone to spread out. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the screened in porch every morning overlooking the beautiful lake. The pool was quiet and so refreshing after our hike to HaHa Tonka park. You can’t swim off the dock, however they have 2 pools so there is no lack of water fun. We were able to rent a pontoon for the day which everyone loved. One of our favorite nights was having family game night with the games provided. The SNL game was hilarious. Highly recommend this property!

Had a great stay hope to be there next year. Needed bic lighter for grill. Left a couple extra. Toilet plunger was ripped. Left a new one. One panel of screen on porch was missing. Bugs happened to be low so was no big deal but would have preferred a complete screened in porch

Clearwater Condo Stay

The property was identical to what was listed online. They had all of the necessities available (i.e. laundry pods, dishwasher pods, towels, etc.) clean and easily organized. The book providing explanations and information about the condo and area was nicely put together and easy to understand. Just as an FYI, if you are easily awoken by morning light, the vertical blinds in the master bedroom are missing a few panels and so the morning light does get in (again, not a huge issue to us, but if you want to sleep in and sensitivity to light is something that you have, Id recommend a sleep mask). The area is pretty and the neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves during our stay. The communication was great! We ended up having to do a late checkout and the property manager got back to us timely and was willing to work with us. We really appreciated this! The only thing where a little improvement may be needed is potentially using some type of pest control as there were several cobwebs with live spiders that we killed. They were in the lamps, on the patio, along the inside walls just above the doors/windows and in the bathroom corners. Overall though, we had a good experience and feel the condo was well represented in the online listing.

AMAZING!

I could not have asked for a better place to stay with my family! I had rented this for my family who was visiting from out of state and we all had the absolute best time! It was nice to stay somewhere that was super clean and in a very nice area! The condo was very neat and well put together and I absolutely loved the decorations! The owners reached out to make sure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was nothing less than fantastic! We definitely will be booking again next time my family comes to visit! The pool was not overcrowded and was very clean and offered places to sit and spend time with my family. Not to mention the view! The view was absolutely breathtaking in the morning and to watch the sunset at night. My family had never been to the Midwest before and I am so glad that this is where we chose to stay, they had such an amazing time! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on the Lake of the Ozarks as it is very clean, well put together, and family friendly!

You will have everything you need!

Our stay was perfect! We came with 4 kids (13,9,4,1) and we were more than comfortable. I love that there is a bunk bed with a pull out trundle so you can fit 3 kids in 1 room. The kids room had all the bedding you need and also toys, books and games to keep them busy. The second bedroom has a bathroom connected so you could bring another family and still have privacy and enough showers for everyone. The deck is much bigger in person than in the photos and it has all the things you need for grilling and eating outside. The kitchen also has everything you need to cook with, so you really just need to bring food. We took the kids down to the lake to go fishing. The owners also provided beach towels if you want to get in the pool. Definitely our favorite place to stay and we will be back again!

The best condo!!

This is our first time staying here and it definitely will not be out last! We already have our next stay booked. The condo was so nice and in a great location!! We didn't have any issues while here. The pools were so nice, not crowded and has a good view of the lake. Definitely recommend this condo!
