We love the location. The owner responded quickly to a couple of concerns we had. It was addressed immediately. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay, even with the inconsiderate and loud people above. Overall we look forward to returning
We enjoyed staying at this place. It was overall clean and had newer, comfortable carpet. We had all the kitchen items we needed, except dishwasher soap (thankfully we had our own). It was easy to get from the car to the condo and from the condo to the swimming pool. Condo looked the same as the listing pictures. The screened porch was wonderful and the host was helpful when we reached out. A few changes we would have enjoyed:1) There are no blackout shades in any of the bedrooms. It is pretty bright with all the lights from the lake, condo and early morning sun. 2) The laundry area no longer has a door on it. Many of the items in there are running often, so it is usually noisy in the condo. 3) The lake is beautiful but it would still be nice to have some privacy in the living room. There are no curtains/shades. 4) The freezer was full of frozen beer glasses. There was no room for our items that needed to be frozen. 5) The carbon dioxide detector started chirping at us while we were sleeping (low battery). We couldn’t find any replacement batteries in the condo and had to get one. The old battery had a very old expiration date. 6) The pool’s light was not working so it was quite dangerous for anyone sleeping at night. Overall, we had an enjoyable time! We would stay here again, but would also appreciate some of the above items to get some attention.

Upon arrival, the condo appeared to be perfect. Realized within minutes and after confirmation by owner there was no WiFi service available. Not a big deal until your college age daughter requires it for an online class she needs to finish. I feel like the ad should have been more clear that there was no WiFi. The water was not turned on as owner said it should be. Front kick plate of dishwasher panel was missing, exposing wires. The noise level of the dishwasher allowed no conversation unless outside on the deck. Microwave hood fell off upon opening door, numerous food items left in the refrigerator and freezer. Master bathroom toilet bowl rim was disgustingly dirty, both shower heads need to be replaced due to calcium deposits. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced ASAP due to huge dips/ possible broken springs. No support! Future renters would be wise to take pictures of anything they see needing attention or repair. The owner requires a “Rental insurance policy” be taken out before booking. Within 24 hours of checkout we received a “Property Damage Claim Submission Confirmation” for a shower head, microwave/range cover, and bedroom linens(assuming this is for the torn dust ruffle in master bedroom). All of the items on the claim were either previous damage or regular maintenance. Renters insurance should not be used to fraudulently make claims to pay for previous damages from either the owner or previous renters! It certainly shouldn’t be used to pay for normal day to day maintenance of the property!

Thank you for your feedback. Normal Condo policy is to have water off in between guests. We are aware of the dishwasher & plan on replacing it before next season. We were recently notified by another renter that the freezer & fridge are lacking space due to items left behind. We plan on cleaning items out Labor Day weekend. We will be looking into the Master Bed mattress & plan on replacing Master Bathroom shower head this fall.
We do require Rental Insurance for your protection & our protection as an owner. We found this to be more affordable & less of a hassle than a damage deposit.
We do advise all renters to inspect property upon checking in & notify us if they have any problems. Our cleaning crew/maintenance do a great job of checking property for damages after a renter checks out & before the next renter checks in. They are human & sometimes they can miss things. This is why I personally call each renter before checking in to go over things & make sure you call me if you have any problems or find something wrong. However after 3 attempts of calling you & no answer I was able to reach you by text. You did notify me by text about lack of WIFI & water off. Nothing was mentioned about other issues. I didn't receive any other communication however when the cleaning crew/maintenance showed up I received several pictures of damaged items. After receiving pictures they called me & stated this was the worst shape they had seen my condo in since they had been cleaning it. I contacted maintenance & sent pictures, we were advised to start a claim as it needed to be done before next renter checked in before 4pm of the current day. Repairs were made & they were not normal day to day maintenance.
If you are going to be a guest at someone else's property leave it in the same condition as you arrived or leave it in better condition. That was not the case in this instance. All of our other renters this year were able to do this & we thank you.

Exactly as advertised! Owner stayed in contact with us and answered any questions immediately. The place was very very clean. We used this Condo for overflow and will definitely choose this condo again.
This was a nice condo and the area was very well kept. It was a little farther out than I would have liked. Took 20 to 30 minutes to get most places. Loved the screened in porch for sitting out of an evening. Could use some updating but all in all it was nice
