Home with lake view located at MM 39. Has nice wooded area for some privacy. Sunroom with lake view, has s a great breakfast area to watch the birds. Patio area off fully equipped kitchen with lake view as well as lower level patio with lake view. Fishing/Swimming off dock at adjoining property. WIFI - High Speed
Boat access to put a boat/Jet-ski in lake is within 10 min. of the home at Kings Pointe Dock (Fee). Dock access for boat. Family style home, convenient to local attractions and events. Boat & Jet Ski Rental in area.

Great family Space

Spacious and comfortable this is a great place to stay when visiting Lake of the Ozark's. This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan on making it into many, many more.

Great place

This house was perfect for our family very comfy and roomy. It even had a sun room to set in and look at the lake . It had everything we needed to cook our meals and was close by our family members who could come visit. We had a great time Thanks Betty for providing this great house at a reasonable price.

Birthday weekend

Super easy check in. Perfect for our birthday celebration. The only issue we had was the coffee pot took fooorever to make a pot 😁 which isnt a big issue at all. Definitely recommend for a little lake getaway for any occasion. Will definitely use this place again for any future mini vacations.

AMAZING

Spent 4 days with family and had a great time! House was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. Betty was away the first 3 days but her sister helped us with anything and is so nice! Access to the lake is easy enough. Kitchen has everything you need. We are definitely coming back! It was a home away from home.

It was great to have a ramp for a handicapped friend but the ramp needs some work.

Overall for our group of older women it was great with one stair and ramp to get in. Had pleanty of sleeping room for 5 of us. Ceiling fans need cleaning. Overall, loved it!

Peaceful stay!

We loved our stay! We got away for a weekend with our two little ones to meet some family. It was a very peaceful area with no traffic. We enjoyed watching the deer that came to visit & especially loved the sunroom; having coffee there in the morning was so nice! In my opinion, the home was more spacious and even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. Communication with the owner was easy, and we had more than enough kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we thought the decor was cute! Another plus - the shower was tall enough for my husband (this is tough for him to find)! We definitely recommend this location!

Lake get away with friends

Mid-week lake getaway with another couple. Good location, close enough to town to get what you need but far enough away for some seclusion. Lake cove was quiet and clean with minimal boat traffic. House was spacious and clean and great for 2 couples, as we each had our own bathrooms. The bathrooms could use some updating, but everything worked and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sunroom was great. The dock is a bit inconvenient to get to, but being able to drive down to it was helpful (paved pathway). New steps on the dock make swimming/floating a breeze. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Overall served our purposes well.

Quiet space near the lake

This was a great space. Fairly large & open common areas. A few different outdoor sitting areas. Pet friendly! Super easy check in & out. Very quick responses to questions. Exactly what I was looking for during this trip!

Nice quiet place

It was a little bit of a curvy hilly ride but the house was very nice. Beds were very comfy, sunroom was a nice extra for quiet morning. Thanks for sharing your home for a little getaway.

Great Retreat

I went with two of my friends for a sewing getaway. The house was PERFECT for our little "sewcation" - and seeing all the deer was an added bonus. Hostess was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We would highly recommend this location if you're looking for a quiet place to get away.

Back to the lake!

Comfortable seating and very roomy. The kitchen had all the essentials. The road to the grocery stores and restaurants was paved which is a plus and the stores and restaurants were conveniently close by. The view of the water from the sunroom was very nice.

Loved it!

We celebrated my daughters 29th birthday here. It was easy to find, and they left the door unlocked for us upon arrival. The owners live just in front of this house and other family members live next door. Everyone we met was very friendly! The house is REALLY a nice place, the inside is spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. I REALLY liked that they swept the outside of the house before our arrival, spider webs are an awful reality at the lake. The beds were comfortable, the well water tasted good, and everything needed was easy to find. We were a bit worried about the dock and the trek up and down, but we were told upon asking that we could drive down! It just made all the difference! Kinda wish there was a better ladder on the dock for swimming but if that's the only issue I'll take it. ..biggest surprise was all the deer! Wow! We fed them up close and personal! Thank you so much for helping make my daughters birthday a success!! We really appreciate it!!
