Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC to 72 degrees in the summer and Heat to 58 in the winter at check out
Please make sure all windows are shut and locked. Unplug toaster and coffee pot.
Do not unplug security cameras. There is one on the fireplace. It will be in privacy mode during your stay and you are welcome to turn it towards the wall, but please turn it around before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was great very punctual communication. AC was having some trouble and she did everything she could on her side to make it better, she tried to send someone to fix the day after check in but due to the holiday they were unable to make it. Big storm rolled in knocking out the power so we had to cut our vacation short but the host did wonderful and the house was great! Great location had everything we needed even close to a convenience store/gas station. The dock didn’t have a ladder but luckily there were built in stairs with easy access. We will definitely be coming back and staying here. The area was not busy even with the holiday which was great for kids and swimming off the dock.
