A casa é ótima, porém necessita de manutenção básica, o chuveiro estava queimado, caixa de gordura entupida e lâmpada queimada. O caseiro é atencioso bem como a proprietária do imóvel. A casa fica longe da praia então é um local bem tranquilo.9

Casa muito confortável, proprietária Josie muuto atenciosa e o caseiro Hailton que mora ao fundo muito prestativo, area boa para churrasco e piscina muito boa!! Pontos a melhorar, falta ar condicionado nos quartos. E fica distante da praia. Mas de resto tudo muito bom!!!

Uma das nossas melhores viagens. Minha familia amou, a casa é exatamente o que esta nas fotos, porém muito melhor. O espaço é enorme, a piscina uma delicia, a casa é linda, super aconchegante, todos ficaram bem acomodados, a área da churrasqueira é fantastica. A cachorreira que tem atrás do terreno, é um bonus inexplicável. O Sr. Railton o caseiro, super preocupado com nossa estadia, respeitador, nos recepcionou super bem a esposa dele também, Tive a oportunidade de conhecer a Jose, dona da casa. E ela é uma pessoa de luz, super simpática nos deixou super a vontade. Voltaremos certamente. Aos visitantes levar repelente, pois como é cercado pela mata atlântica, que é maravilhosa tem mosquitinhos.
