My family and I LOVED our stay at Bay Watch!! The views from the balconies. The space. The Amenities. Did I mention the views?? It was exactly as pictured...super easy check in and check out! So close to so many attractions, restaurants and stores. I could go on and on! We were very pleased and will DEFINITELY be staying there again! If you ever get lucky to be there for 4th of July, get ready for an amazing show! The staff was easy to get ahold of, and checked in before after and during the trip! Thank you fot and amazing week of relaxation!

This particular room was great as it had two balconies with ocean views! I’ve stayed in several units at Bay Watch, and this one, like the others, is pretty dated. However, all the appliances were in working order and the beds were comfortable.My main complaint is with the property management/housekeeping. Linens did not include dish rag/towel or bath mats. And although you could be assured that sheets were clean, you had to put them on the beds yourself as they were in a laundry bag with bath towels and washcloths. For the most part, the unit was clean. But it needed some deep cleaning badly, especially around the washer and dryer area. Corners were full of sand and dust and the gap between the refrigerator and the wall looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever.The Bay Watch facilities are amazing. Several indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers. And everything was spotlessly clean.

It’s also great to hear you were able to take full advantage of the Bay Watch facilities — they really do offer a fantastic range of amenities, and we’re happy you found them clean and enjoyable. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the housekeeping and linen service. While many guests prefer the drop-off style of linens, we understand that having to make the beds yourself isn't ideal for everyone. We’ll also pass along your notes about the lack of dish towels and bath mats, as well as the need for a deeper clean in certain areas — especially around the washer/dryer and refrigerator — to our housekeeping team. These are helpful points we’ll use to improve the guest experience moving forward. Thank you again for your thoughtful input and for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back on your next trip to the beach!
