This 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers a peaceful middle-level resort location, beautiful down-island views, and a comfortable layout ideal for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, A17 sleeps up to 2 guests and is conveniently located just steps from the Terrace Pool, resort lobby, activities center, guest laundry, and nearby parking.
Inside, the villa features a king bedroom with shutter doors for added privacy, a full bathroom, a bright living area with TV and comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining for four. Guests can also enjoy a private patio with beautiful Caribbean views, along with free 100mb Wi-Fi and air conditioning for added convenience and comfort.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Stunning view and very comfortable space

We loved our week here - waking up to the Ocean view like that is so rare and we didn't want to leave. Everything was pretty much perfect. Make sure to go down to Sun and Sea for drinks and meals - the new owners are very nice and the drinks are cheaper (and better) than any of the other bars/restaurants around.

We were primarily interested in viewing the beautiful beaches And enjoying the warm sun.... it was very relaxing ....we enjoyed the 3 pools on site. The condo itself was very accommodating and clean.... we will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved the condo! It was cute, very clean, and had all of the amenities that we needed. Our favorite was the amazing view! You will not want to go out for dinner or drinks because you will have the best view on your own patio!! We really liked where this condo unit was located. It was nice and quiet. St. Thomas is hilly, so you do need to walk to the restaurants and pool, but they do offer free rides to guests that are staying on the grounds. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great Spot & Location

We truly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Point Pleasant. The condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed the breath taking view from the balcony every morning while sipping coffee and a peaceful place to sit and wrap up our day. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. To our great surprise, the bed was quite comfortable. Resort employees and security were very friendly and took pride in there work. Overall, the resort is quiet and relaxing. It’s close proximity to Red Hook was perfect for many of the activities and restaurant we enjoyed!
