Situated on the 5th TOP FLOOR of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, Sea La Vie L510, a fully redecorated and remodeled 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath suite, offers expansive and superlative direct west-facing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and the Wailea Resort area. Only a few residences on the upper floors of the Wailea Beach Villas offer such exceptional views. This villa is well above the family pool where birdsong and the rustling of palm tree fronds provides soothing tropical ambiance. A full and fresh makeover with all new decor and furnishings was just completed in L510 Sea La Vie in late-2022. We added all-new plush carpet and wall paint, new kitchen and bath counters, all new furniture and decor throughout, new ultra-lux bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, extra large televisions, and updated electronics including docking stations, Netflix, Apple TV, and HD cable service. Recent additions to the all-new L510 include beautiful area rugs in the dining and living rooms, a powder blue velvet sofa in the master along with a grey velvet bed frame, new white fluted living room coffee table, solid wood sliding panel doors to close off the den, luxurious navy blue plush cotton velvet drapes in the den, additional artwork, a newly re-upholstered living room sofa, a white marble dining table with new velvet and walnut wood dining chairs and stools, and more!

Within this residence, there are two private bedroom suites (King, King), and two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower, with approx. 1,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Off the great room is a bonus den room outfitted with queen bed, side chair, and sliding privacy walls so as to double as a third bedroom. The Wailea Beach Villas, a true vacation paradise with polite attentive 24 hour security personnel, is embellished with verdant manicured gardens full of blooming tropical flowers, a symphony of glowing tiki torches, cascading waterfalls, two heated swimming pools - one designated for adults and the other for families, two outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas, a fitness center with locker rooms and showers, group meeting rooms, a game room including billiards, and a business center. It's an easy stroll through the lushly landscaped gardens to the beach.

Vacation at the Wailea Beach Villas and you don`t have to be unnecessarily concerned about the availability of lounge chairs or sun umbrellas. There is no need to spend extra money to rent a cabana to be guaranteed some quiet space or sunshade. There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up an umbrella and a lounge chair on Wailea Beach for you. Towel and water service is also available poolside and at the beach. In contrast to the excessively crowded condition of other nearby hotels, the Wailea Beach Villas Resort is an oasis of tropical splendor in the heart of Wailea Resort. Transport to the beach is available by calling the Wailea Beach Villas security office for a lift. Nestled along the shore of Wailea Beach are several covered casabella chaise lounges and cabanas available exclusively for guests of the Wailea Beach Villas, along with on-site beachfront massage services.

After you've spent a few days playing on Wailea Beach directly in front of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, you may enjoy an excursion to any one of several dozen alternative sandy swimming beach parks on Maui. We stocked an array of beach items for you to borrow such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.

The beach front paved pedestrian promenade that passes through Wailea Resort along the coastline serves as an ideal pathway for walking and jogging. You may rent sports gear such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkel sets, surfboards and more - a few steps away - in front of the Grand Wailea Resort. We also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cooler in your villa - for expeditions to other beaches, as well as beach towels to take with you for use on snorkel sail boat adventures.

The adjacent Shops At Wailea, which are immediately accessible to the Wailea Beach Villas via a common gate, feature outstanding shopping for designer goods, art, crafts, clothes, shoes, sundry items, gifts, deli food, liquor, and dining. Several restaurants in the Shops at Wailea will cooperate with take-out food orders placed in advance by phone from your personal villa.

- Please be advised that a scheduled renovation is taking place in Villa K308. This villa is located one building away from our villa L510. The remodel is underway with an estimated completion date of November 21, 2025. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures in the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, as well as repainting throughout the unit. From approx second week of July to mid-August: Installation of new tile (intermittent tile cutting noise may be heard)

Please note that while these are the projected peak periods of noise, construction activity may cause intermittent noise at any time during standard work hours while the project is taking place.
- This is a 2 bedroom villa with a 3rd sleeping area in the enclose-able den/alcove located off of the living room.
- Please expect ambient audible living sounds including twilight luau entertainment from neighboring resorts, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
