The master bedroom has a king bed and silk black out curtains; it also has a private bath that features a large soaking tub and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed, the guest bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this property to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The living room has a new smart TV. The master bedroom has a new 32" flat screen TV; the guest bedroom has a 19" TV. The well-stocked kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and a large pantry. This unit has been professionally decorated with an upscale beach theme; there is Italian tile throughout the unit and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. A fantastic wide-angle view of the beach, pavilion, lush landscaping, and the waterfalls can be seen from the balcony, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. The patio has a tall table and six chairs to relax and take in the beauty of the Emerald Coast! Contact the front desk for information on our complimentary boat dock!
