Our home is equipped with all the amenities you`ll need for a great stay. Unwind with a cup of coffee by the pool in the private back yard and take in the peaceful neighborhood. Whether you`re looking for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this is the perfect spot for large families.
This modern design beach home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private 1-car garage. There`s no `cramming in` at Costa Blanca because of the ample space each bedroom provides. The home offers luxury and elegance: granite counters, marble floors, elegant furniture & 4 balconies. This home is perfect for two small families or a group of 13.
It is a very short walking distance to the beach - you can the view the South Padre skyline and partial views the beach from the balconies. Relax by the large private pool while you watch the sunset followed by the fireworks display (every Friday at 9:15 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The home has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and WiFi. It is conveniently located near restaurants and bars: Longboard Bar and Grill, Lobo del Mar and it is 2 blocks from CVS Pharmacy.
