This well positioned well equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is located in a waterfront complex in Bongaree on Bribie Island. Take a stroll along the beach and soak up the beautiful water views! Recently renovated, 'Crystal Waters' also includes a balcony to relax and enjoy those stunning sunsets Bribie Island is famous for! Don't delay in booking this fabulous unit - you won't be disappointed!

The advertising for this property did not tell us we had to climb stairs to get to the unit and they were unlit. Inside the property there were more stairs to get from the living area to the bedroom. We are in our 70’s and stairs begin to become an issue. The unit isn’t air conditioned. The light in the lounge was blown. The TV was mounted crooked as was the toilet cistern in the upstairs bathroom. The power point was located too far from the vanity in the upstairs bathroom for the hair dryer to reach. The entry over the gutter to access and exit the property is so deep and steep it is difficult to get a car in and out without scraping both ends of the car.

I am sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. I understand your comments regarding the stairs. While the property photographs do show that the accommodation is accessed via stairs and that there are internal stairs leading to the bedrooms, I appreciate that this may not have been as apparent as it could have been. We will review the property description to determine whether additional information should be included to better assist future guests in deciding whether the property is suitable for their needs. Regarding the air conditioning, the listing accurately reflects the amenities provided at the property and does not advertise air conditioning. However, I appreciate that this may have impacted your comfort during your stay. Thank you also for advising us about the blown lounge room light. We have already has this fixed. With respect to the driveway access, we understand your concerns. Unfortunately, the crossover and gutter are part of the property's existing design and are not something we are able to alter. We do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us understand guests' experiences. We value our guest's feedback. Thank you.
