We really enjoyed our stay here. We don't typically travel with pets as most places that allow pets tend to be pretty gross but this house is kept up incredibly well. The house is clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfy! It really had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Sparkling pool & close to lake

Very nice home AND garage! We were able to park our boat inside. The home was clean and had one of the most comfortable king beds ever! Lots of seating in the living room. The pool was cool and refreshing not bath water temp. Quiet neighborhood. Rikki, the host, was very attentive! We will definitely stay here again.

House really clean. Had everything you didn’t bring it was move in ready. Nicely decorated. Pool and backyard awesome. Been vacationing in Havasu for years and this was our favorite house and best experience.

Amazing…

Our stay was wonderful. Home was beautiful. Neighborhood was great. Not far from anything. And very dog friendly. Only issue was my dog fit perfectly thru the fence so we couldn’t leave her outside by herself. But other then that it was Amazing hopefully be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful inside and out. Location was good and garage space was great for both cars. The only negatives would be that we would have liked to have a gas grill to BBQ at night, a garage door opener would have been great (or even a garage code) and with the pool being so beautiful we would have liked the option to heat the pool. Weekend river trip

The house was conveniently located, and had plenty of room. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. The only things my husband and I could say negative, were the master bed being too high, the couches were very uncomfortable to relax on (but we were there for the river anyway), and there was an old smoke smell, as if former owners were possibly smokers. Other than that it was an enjoyable weekend.

From the owner: "Hi, thank you for your honest response, I think the master bed it a little high as well and I actually have a small step stool in the closet that I use when I vacation there. As far as I am aware the previous owner was not a smoker, we have owned this for 3 years, and I have not noticed any smell when I have been there, I can only wonder if the guests there before you may have been smokers. I will let my guest contact know about this. I am sorry you didn't like the couch - it is a new leather couch and I agree it could use a little breaking in! I do hope you will stay again and again thank you for your comments, your comments are important to us and very helpful."
