Welcome to Beau Soleil, a beautiful new home located in Great Exuma, Bahamas! Just 5 minutes from the airport. This stunning beachfront villa offers a fresh, coastal, and casual atmosphere, perfect for your dream vacation. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to experience the best of the Bahamas.

Upon arrival, you’ll be captivated by the panoramic views of the turquoise waters from the edge of the heated infinity pool. Relax and unwind in the in-water lounge chairs or on the ocean-facing daybed while sipping your favorite blender drinks from the outdoor bar and grill. The expansive private deck also features a sunken hot tub, perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views.

Inside the villa, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that offers ample space for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, blender and more, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The dining area, both indoor and outdoor, can comfortably seat 10 guests Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with space for the extended family and friends around the large island with views to the ocean.
This villa rental features 4 principal bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms with king beds, while the other 2 have 2 queen beds each, providing ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. Additionally, there are 2 smaller rooms, ideal for kids, with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a single full-size bed, respectively. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs, and the entire villa has air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.

BeauSoleil was a dream vacation! The prettiest house in the area. Best beach, best pool and hot tub and most fabulous water!! Couldn't have asked for a better location and Sam our host was super easy to reach and stopped by to give us a welcome tour. We spent two days boating but we also had 2 days to stay at the house and enjoy the amenities and the view. So happy we did! We made memories to last a lifetime! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful modern beachfront home

This is an absolutely beautiful home with all the modern conveniences. We especially appreciated the large bin of Beach toys and sports gear, our kids were out on the Boogie Boards riding the waves for hours. We also were very grateful for effective, working AC and high quality cotton bed linens as well as comfortable mattresses! Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! again

Escape from Minnesota winter!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. It had a perfect pool for kids and nearly a private beach with beautiful sand. The kitchen had everything we needed including the private chef we hired for a gourmet dinner. We liked it so well we are looking at dates for next year.

Wife's Birthday Trip

We had 10 adults stay at the property for my wife's 40th birthday, and it will be one our favorite memories of all time. The owners and property manager were both great with communication and ensuring our trip was the best possible experience. The App created by the owners is one of the most impressive and helpful services. We used MANY of the recommendations listed on the app including a private chef at the house (chef Tevin), on-site massages (Exuma Mobile Massage & Yoga), taxi services (Gully) and booked a boat tour (50 Shades of Blue), . All of which were great recommendations. The house was beautiful, the beach was beautiful, the pool & deck were beautiful. We enjoyed every part of our trip, and hope to return.

Our perfect vacay. The pictures don’t do this home and view justice. It’s breathtaking! The house was perfectly maintained, highly functional for a large family, and the location is ideal. Morning sunrise walks on the beach to start each day. The beach and water is beautiful. The owners and property manager always easily accessible and quick to respond. Incredible food from both chefs and the few restaurants we went to. We were beyond pleased and will most definitely be back in the future.

Family fun!

We just returned from our stay. The house is actually more beautiful in person than the photos, which was a wonderful surprise! The house was immaculate, and very well appointed. Everything you need for your stay. We had 8 adults and 5 children 2 1/2 and under. They were busy all day and crashed into bed every night. The adults loved the pool area and hot tub. We had dinner catered in by Chef Adalaid on our last night and she did not disappoint. Highly recommend her as well. You will not regret staying here looking out at the beautiful pool next to the sea. We will be back!

Absolutely Amazing

There are not enough adjectives to describe this beautiful house. This was our 2nd time staying at Beau Soleil and it was as perfect as the first time. There is so much to do in Exuma so coming back was an easy yes for us. This house was beyond perfect for us and our friends, very spacious and each morning every one woke up refreshed and said how very comfortable the beds were. Sam and Emmitt are top notch and available with help when you need it. They are so friendly and made our stay even more pleasant with their recommendations. If you are looking for a spacious house with everything you will need, this house is it. I can not wait to come back Rob and Karen, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had the best time.

Family Vacation with young children

We chose to go to Exuma because I found this house on VRBO. It had the perfect set up for my family traveling with 3 year old and two 1 year olds. We needed six rooms, pool with umbrella and large tanning ledge, easy access to the beach. The house did not disappoint! It had everything plus more than I could have asked for. One of the best things was the fact it had hair dryers, robes, shampoo, etc like staying at a hotel but the space and privacy of a house. The house also had two cribs, high chair and toys! It was so nice to not have to pack every little thing. The house is located in a good area, close to the airport and other great beaches. Close enough to Georgetown.

Best Vacation!

The house was just as described. Amazing views, private beach almost, gorgeous waters, very cool back porch and pool area. The house is split up in almost 2 sections with 3 bedrooms on each side with the kitchen and living room in the middle. We would definitely stay here again. We had 11 people and all comfortably slept. The house manager and owners were very helpful with any questions we had. You feel like you’re in another world. A couple things to note: -if you are renting a car, get a Jeep- the road to the house isn’t paved and almost like terrain. It is rough! And the roads throughout the island are not great. -bring bug spray:the flies and sand knats are BAD! -the grocery stores doesn’t give you bags, so bring some. Other than that—-it’s a dream!

Paradise

This is the most amazing place I’ve ever been, we truly felt like we found paradise. The photos on the listing are 100% accurate and it’s even more beautiful in real life. The color of the water and pristine beach are unlike anything we’ve seen before. The house is also gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. We had a group of 4 couples and everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. The layout of the house is perfect for a group of friends or family, with extra bunk rooms for the kids. The beach was so private, we only saw other people one day we were there. There are 2 reefs right out in front of the house and we enjoyed snorkeling (all gear provided by the house). Pool/beach equipment was amazing, everything you could possibly want. The location of the home was perfect: off the main road, close to the market, resorts, and airport. We went to Georgetown for dinner and Exuma water sports for a boat tour, and it was centrally located for both. The property managers were delightful and attentive. We could go on and on about this place as it was absolutely perfect and we are already planning our return trip! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Sun, Sand, and Serenity at Beau Soleil!

As seasoned villa renters, finding a new favorite is never an easy task. We came across Beau Soleil before it had been completed and based off of a few construction pictures and some renderings, decided to give it a go. The risk was so worth it as the home is breathtakingly beautiful and is the perfect spot for a family or group to unwind. The decor is the perfect combination of modern and coastal beach and every amenity is provided. Our family enjoyed boogie boarding in the waves, floating in the pool, gathering for meals around the huge kitchen island, playing games around the coffee table all while taking advantage of the many beaches that line the coasts of Exuma. We toured the whole island, ate at some of the local restaurants, went on a boat trip with Exuma Water Sports to swim with the pigs, and did our own boating day with a rental from Minn's. The water at Coco Plum Beach was beyond postcard worthy and easily ranked as one of the best. Beau Soleil is centrally located which made our explorations easier and we left feeling like we really got to know Exuma. Karen and Rob have created the ideal home away from home and we look forward to returning next year!

AMAZING!!!

We all travel to the Keys typically and we wanted to try something different for a birthday week. WOW. The house is exactly as stated and then some. The pool and beach were to die for! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for night gatherings and the best part? Sam, the house manager. She was amazing at taking care of all our our needs ( and we're needy, lol). I couldn't imagine a better home for vacation. The only thing to pay attention to- the bugs. The first 3 days there were NO bugs, then a storm rolled in. Bring bug spray, just in case. I can not wait to go back! Thank you to the owners and Sam & Emmitt for an amazing experience. Also, definitely rent an all day PRIVATE charter with Exuma Water Sports and make sure MJ is your captain. Fabulous experience. Zelma was our driver for the week and I HIGHLY recommend her. She's fabulous as well!

The property is superb, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit! The property included plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie and paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets (various sizes), and beach chairs. Genuinely perfection in paradise!Tip for future renters: If you plan to rent a vehicle, low ground clearance vehicles are not ideal for driving to BeauSoleil Beach House.

FABULOUS PROPERTY….. The Best Yet!

Beau Soleil, the owners, and the managers were the best we’ve experienced in the last five years with VRBO properties in Exuma and Eleuthera, Bahamas. This property was provisioned with absolutely Everything a family of seven adults and two teens could possibly need for a week in paradise. The property had a fabulous beach for booge board surfing and for snorkeling. The pool and huge deck, with ample, nice furniture meant we enjoyed the areas throughout the days! Rob, Karen, and Samantha were easy to communicate with and responded quickly, which we appreciated. It was simply The Best. Well worth the time, money and vacation days. Was part of this year’s two trips to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!

Wonderful Father & Son Trip!

Beautiful home, relaxing pool and peaceful beach! House was well equipped with amenities. While there, the power went out so we were thankful for the generator. We will be back in the future. Highly recommend.

Favorite Getaway

This is our second time staying at Beau Soleil. Just as the first time, it was wonderful. We had 2 other families including our own, total of 9, and had more than enough space for sleeping (1 bedroom left empty). The property manager, Sam, is very responsive and easy to work with. We did use the provisions service provided by Sam. It is well worth it if you arrive late or on a day that the grocery store is closed. Check in/check out is seamless: just follow the provided instructions. We enjoyed a recommended private chef for a supper meal as well as breakfast. Both were phenomenal. Everything on the property is well maintained and cared for. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels for both showering and beach are provided. We hope to be able to return and stay at Beau Soleil again some day!

Why they chose this property

Anyone who visits Exuma falls in love with the island immediately. Beau Soleil Beach House is close to the airport (7minutes) but you never see or hear a plane. We are close to Sandals and Grand Isle for restaurants and golf but far enough away to feel like you have the island to yourselves. The beach in front of the house is extremely private. The water is beautiful to swim in with a mixture of waves for body surfing one day and calm enough to standup paddle board the next.
Coastal finishes and furnishings create a beachy vibe. Relax on the massive deck and enjoy the infinity edge pool that blurs into the ocean or the sunken hot tub, day bed and outdoor bar. You will never want to leave.
