One of the best views on the island and the home is basically brand new! The owner is top notch, very friendly, helpful, and full of island knowledge! High recommended and a hard place to leave!

Unbelievable, simply unbelievable house and location. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, sheets and pillow are great. The view is unreal and Ed is the absolute best host you can ask for. Great for families, you will not be disappointed to say the very least.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The home is amazing, situated on a wonderful beach. Water is the prettiest I have ever seen and we all spent hours in the ocean every day. Snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and fishing all right out your door. Ed is an extremely helpful host. Can’t wait to get back.

Absolutely stunning property

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from the time we walked in the door. The pictures of this house do not do it justice! We had every amenity we needed, all though it would have been nice to have beach chairs. The house was decorated beautifully and the beds were extremely comfortable! We would absolutely come back for another visit!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is stunning, spotless, and sits right on the most beautiful beach in Exuma. Waking up every morning to the ocean view felt like a dream. The home had everything we needed—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax inside and out. The location couldn’t be better: peaceful, private, and just steps from the turquoise water. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out.We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing getaway. The perfect stay

The Addison was amazing for me and my entire family that traveled to the Bahamas. The house was stocked with any and everything you needed, it was super clean and clean and comfortable. The beach was pretty much right out of the patio doors, which was amazing. The house was stocked with a ton of beach toys, rafts, snorkels, everything you could have needed. Me and my family plan to book again for next summer.One of our best vacations. I truly can’t say enough about The Addison. It was spectacular on every level.

Best Bahamas/Exuma Experience Yet!

We've made many trips to the Bahamas across various islands, this is tops. Exuma is tops and the beachfront home and experience that Ed has built only adds to it. You will not go wrong selecting this home as your getaway. Beautiful space, thoughtfully and fully equipped, nothing spared. Great onsite support from Shane as needed and expect to get a list of all of the local attractions and people to meet. 10 out of 10!

An experience for friends and family that you will always remember. The host and team communicated often and assisted us with every aspect of our trip; dinners, chefs, excursions and groceries. Amazing stay at The Addison

Our stay at The Addison was amazing in every way - from the moment we walked in the front door and were blown away by the view, to the courtesy of a later check out when our flights were delayed. The owner was incredibly helpful and generous - sharing great recommendations for markets, outings and restaurants. The property manager was responsive and nearby in case anything was needed (it wasn’t). The house was new and well-appointed - very well set up for our extended family. All told, a remarkable trip that we hope to repeat!

Perfect Family Get-Together Spot

Our stay at the Addison was perfect! Ed is a wonderful host, and has truly thought of everything when it comes to comforts in the home. The place was as beautiful as the view of surrounding nature, and it is conveniently located near local beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The locals are extremely friendly and kind, and the property manager, Shane, was no exception; he was also very responsive. Ed was very invested in ensuring that we had a great time, and communicated with us throughout the trip. Definitely the best VRBO experience we've ever had.

Memorable 50 anniversary vacation

The Addison house in Exuma is a piece of heaven on earth. Since we booked Ed made us feel welcomed and responded quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and Shane, who welcomed us and gave us an orientation, was very helpful all the time. The view is beautiful and the beach is great for walking. Every one in our family enjoyed every day there and now they all want to go back. Thanks Ed for all your kind attention and care for us. The Addison is now part a treasured memory of our 50 anniversary.
