Leading from the living room, you will find direct access to your private fenced pool. For your better enjoyment, there is a patio table if you feel like having an outdoor dinner and 5 sun loungers so that you can relax after swimming in the pool and take full advantage of the weather in Florida. If you don't feel like swimming in the pool, you could just relax in your private spillover spa! The master bedroom located on the first floor gives you direct access to the lanai and contains a large en-suite bathroom complete with a tub and a glass shower. • Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
