Lovely roomy home with floor to ceiling windows
First of all, the home is gorgeous! Lots and lots of room! Nice furnishings and comfy beds. But best of all, quiet, quiet location on dead end street! It is so peaceful here that we have already booked it for next year for six weeks. The owners are responsive to any needs you may have. Also, We saw numerous manatees in canal every day!! Lots of fish in canal too. Counting down the days till we go back there!!

Great House on Corner of Canals
Currently renting here for month of June, but had to give a shout out about this place now. This place is phenomenal, very spacious and very nice. Has high open beam ceilings and with all the floor to ceiling windows it is very open and has great views of the water. On corner lot so has canals on two sides, great boat dockage and seawall area with hose for washdown and great fish cleaning table. Easy in/out of canal to Bogie channel and entrance to canal has a marker, maybe a 3' draft at low tide. There is an empty lot on one side and also one across the canal so gives you a lot of privacy as well. Nice grounds, has grass or paved walks around the house, big garage for parking and storage of gear. Covered patio area with a grill and seating. Inside, the kitchen is good sized and well stocked with everything you need for a vacation. Big dining room that will accommodate 8+ if needed. Laundry is inside and upstairs which is nice compared to some others that are on ground floor. The bedrooms are extra large and have ample closet space, nice comfortable beds. Large bathrooms as well, all there with showers and two have soaking tubs. Wrap around balcony on 3 side as well. The pool and hottub are great, good to relax after being on water all day or shopping in key west. The pool are is very clean and well maintained, looks like a newer pool, love the pool finish color and tile combination. We have rented houses in the lower keys area (BPK to Summerland) 7- 8 times in the past and Mickey's House of Windows is at the top of those we have stayed at. You can't do much better for size, location, price, amenities and condition for a house rental in the keys

Mn Snowbird
We rented the house for two months, it is a great place for family and friends to get together. The house is well stocked with supplies and a good assortment of spices, the furniture is better quality than in other houses that we have rented, and all of the beds are very comfortable! Their is a air conditioner in each room you only need to run in the rooms that you are using. Mickey was quick to answer any questions and resolved any issues quickly and he returned our deposit quickly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the manatees that would come by. We would definitely rent this house again.

mickey's house of windows
Even the impressive photos of Mickey’s House of Windows do not compare to the real thing or reflect the quality of this elegant home. We were greeted by an open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows and expansive views of the canals. The Mangroves across one canal provide rare privacy and beauty and we frequently saw Manatees from our balconies. The home boasts large bedrooms each with their own luxurious bath. There are picture perfect furnishings, fine linens, and top brand appliances. Just about anything you need is provided. The beautiful decor and attention to detail is truly impressive. When you lose at pingpong in the delightful game room you can retreat and watch the 50 inch TV in the comfortable living area, hop in a hammock, paddle off in a kayak, take a walk or a bike ride. The home is spotless and the entire property is well maintained. The pool is cleaned weekly. Located on a quiet dead end street of lovely homes, you are in close walking distance to a large park. The supermarket, weekend flea market, No Name Bar, Broken Egg, Springers (live music) Bahia Honda State Park are a few of the nearby popular Big Pine destinations. The home owner, who is assessable and responsive, takes obvious pride in this fabulous home. He makes every effort for you to have a perfect stay which is just what we had and hope to have again and again.
