Convenient to Mardi Gras parade route and the St. Charles trolley. We were disappointed in the quality of the apartment itself. Light bulbs were burnt out, the stools at the island were too high, the flooring was cracked and spongy, the woodwork needed paint, and it looked ants had taken up residency in the wall next to the front door which did not fit the entrance opening. We were glad to leave at the end of our stay.

This place is close to everything. It is perfect for a single or couple. If you are staying a long time, weeks, then it might be too small. For a week or less it does the trick. The backyard was perfect for our dogs....not too big and not too small. Should be noted we have small dogs LOL Parking was easy, and you don't need a car with the Streetcar just a block away! Management was very responsive and great communication.
