Villa Londa is a beautiful converted watermill built in 1100AD. You’ll love my place because of it's wonderful landscape and privacy.

The villa sits on 70 hectare of private, fenced land. The drive to Florence is just about 38 kilometers. It's perfectly situated to explore all of the Tuscan regions within a short drive.

The villa has over 500 Sqm of usable living space and has been recently updated with a modern wellness center including Sauna, new saltwater pool system and Large Jacuzzi massage.

The interior is well finished with high ceilings which is uncommon among most older Tuscan properties. The villa sits atop a beautiful valley and has no neighbors nearby. This villa has private land of 36 acres that is all accessible and is great for outdoor activities. Also on the land we have a active olive plantation.

This villa is great all year round and is will equipped for any occasion. Large TV's, WIFI, 5.1 Audio, Bluetooth, gas heating and cooking are just a few of the modern amenities.

Guests will have access to all the properties amenities including two kitchens, 5 fireplaces, washing facilities, outdoor furniture for parties and events as well.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Bucigna (end July 2025). We were a large group of 17. 14 adult's and 3 young children. There was ample space for all of us across the 2 villas and wellness centre. Communication with Peter and his family during our stay was excellent and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. The location is stunning with fantastic views and the sunsets over the mountains are fabulous. Its restful and peaceful location (although the cicadas can be quite vocal during the day!) but you are staying in the countryside. The swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are wonderful. And we used all of them during our stay.The swimming pool is on lovely sunny and sheltered terrace below the villas.The houses were well equipped for every day use with a lovely large kitchen in one of the villas which made catering for all of us a breeze. We also had some wonderful meals cooked for us by local chefs Max and Cri. The food and service was exceptional, both friendly and attentive. The antipasta spread was amazing with a cheese and meat selection along with such appetizers as artichokes, chicken liver pate on toast, bruchetta and veal in a tuna sauce. Mains were also delicious with two courses followed by a dessert. All served with wines from the region. They were more than happy to cater for dietary requirements, we had a vegetarian and a person with a nut allergy. All at a very reasonable price, wine included. Would thoroughly reccomend the experience.

Hallo zusammen,Wir haben die Villa mit 15 Personen gebucht und es war genügend Platz da für alle.(Ein Doppelbett steht im SPA Bereich, dies war für uns mit Familien mit Kindern nicht nutzbar, zum glück haben die anderen Betten gereicht)Besonders zu erwähnen finde ich die große Küche mit angrenzendem Außenbereich zum Essen sowie den Pool und den SPA Bereich mit Sauna und Jacuzzi.Im Zweiten Haus gibt es ebenso eine Küche sowie ein Ess und Wohnbereich.Aufgrund des teilweisen auch schlechten Wetters wurde der SPA Bereich von uns auch rege genutzt.Von der Ausstattung her hat uns nichts gefehlt selbst ein Dart und Tischtennis war zur Verfügung.Die Aussicht und Ruhe in der Villa ist herrlich.Nancy und Stefan die uns vor Ort betreut haben, haben sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert und waren immer zu erreichen, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben.Das war absolut super. !!!!!!!!!!!Was für UNS negativ war die Entfernung zum nächsten Ort Londa. ! FÜR UNS !Hier benötigt man 30 min Fahrzeit, von denen man 15 min auf einer sehr steinigen und holperigen Schotterstraße mit max. 10KM/h zurückzulegen hat.Mal schnell wegfahren was holen geht hier nicht.Wir hätten sonst sicher noch den ein oder anderen Ausflug gemacht. Alles zusammen eine Tolle Lokation zum Abschalten und um zusammen was machen.Aufgrund des schlechten Weges nur 4 SterneGruß Tobias

Gemischte Gefühle

Der 2km lange Kiesweg, die nicht sauberen Zimmer/Küche und die 30min Fahrt in die nächste Ortschaft (45min zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt) haben die Urlaubsstimmung leider etwas getrübt. Die Finca liegt an sich in einer toller Naturidyille aber die gegebenen Rahmenbindungen machten es schwierig den Urlaub stressfrei zu genießen
