Summary: Stunning 1,200 square foot apartment with oversize windows, an open layout, and city/lake views in multiple directions. This bright and modern two bedroom, one bathroom corner unit is perfect for travelers looking for a stylish escape in the sky in downtown Chicago just off the Magnificent Mile and the lakefront. The building has great amenities including an amazing rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the skyline and the lake. This is the best location in the city!
The Space: Located on a high floor in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled space with large windows overlooking the neighborhood.
Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.
The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools for the kitchen and a 4 person dining table. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.
For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

We also provide towels, iron, cleaning supplies, etc. and you have full access to the building's 24/7 laundry room (card operated). The apartment has ample closet space.
The building has a doorman and great amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating, a gourmet coffee shop, and an indoor club room with a pool table that can be enjoyed during colder weather. The panoramic city and lake views from the rooftop are truly awesome year-round!
Guest Access: You'll have complete and private access to our apartment. You will also have access to all of the building's shared amenities (rooftop deck, gym, club room, business center, etc).
The Neighborhood: Located in a leafy, upscale neighborhood just off Michigan Avenue in one of the most central locations in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, beaches, parks, and other sites within walking distance. From our place, you can easily walk to the Magnificent Mile, Oak Street Beach, the Lakefront Trail, River North, and Navy Pier as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes. Attractions such as the Art Institute, the Central Loop district, Lincoln Park, and the West Loop restaurant row are only a 5-10 minute ride away.
Getting Around: Our place is surrounded by trains and buses that will take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car.
Parking is not included with our listing, but our building has its own parking garage and there are other garages close to our building (within 2 blocks). We suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $30.
Other Things to Note: Dogs allowed with prior approval only. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

Our trained staff uses gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during cleanings. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe stay for every guest.

Perfect location for all things “Chicago”! Building is on a quiet street so you don’t hear a lot of traffic noise. Owners were great to communicate with. Would stay here again!
Great location and lots of space in the heart of Chicago! We were walking distance to everything but in a quiet neighborhood which was ideal of traveling with a young child. The views from the apartment are way better than the pictures show!
Check in was simple. Apt was exactly as described. Comfortable. Neighborhood quiet and close distance to lakeshore and Michigan ave and quick walk to riverfront. Front desk reception always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which was in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough for us to walk most places in the city. The coffee shop attached to the lobby was nice, and there were multiple restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
Our stay was great! The view from the apartment is amazing, and the location is perfect! Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute walking distance! The apartment is well kept, there were plenty of extra blankets and towels in the closet, and the building amenities such as the gym and the sky lounge were a great bonus! Our great hosts were very responsive to messages! They sent a very detailed ‘what to expect’ message and reminders the day we checked out which were very helpful! The checkout requirements were easy and completely reasonable. Thank you so much, again, for an amazing stay!
Easy quiet location but very close to all downtown shopping. We also walked to the Navy Pier, however, we did Uber back. The apartment was clean and the A/C worked great! The beds were very comfortable after long days walking and the view of Lake Michigan was amazing with all the boats!
We had a girls trip to Chicago - besties for years - just catching up-- its all about location and this was perfectly situates. Just a short walk to shopping and eating. Space was comfy but floor AC units a tad noisy. Felt safe in the area. View was lovely. The unit could benefit from some updates but didn't bother us at all! Thank you for having us!
Beautiful view & Close to everything! This unit was perfectly located and had an awesome view of lake & the sunsets were amazing. At the bottom of the building there was a coffee shop, so we were able to start our day with a coffee before walking to everything. This place is in a prime location, was super clean, & was the perfect spot to stay in Chicago. Definitely recommend!
Overall the property is in a good location. It served our needs for the weekend. The unit could use some upgrading beyond the furniture especially in the bathroom. Mattresses are very firm.
We had a lovely time—was a gathering for a handful of friends from out of state to get together to talk, do crafts and have nice dinner. Super cute lobby and space. Great communication with service.
Only blips were it was quite warm in the apartment and we were told not to put the air on lower, and several electrical outlets didn’t work but nothing that disrupted our time.

Hi Sara! We're confused about your feedback that you were told not to reduce the air temperature. We always encourage guests to set whatever temperature is most comfortable for them and only ask that guests set the thermostats to a specific temperature upon checkout. Perhaps you are referring to the checkout instructions?
Kitchen and bathroom supplies are a bit bare (ie no coffee, no conditioner), apartment is definitely on the older side but climate control (especially AC) was excellent. Host was very easy to communicate with. Location is perfect, walking distance from Navy pier, Magnificent mile, hospitals etc. Apartment and neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend,
