This is our second year in a row staying here for a family gathering. We had a great time and this Barndominium works out perfectly for a group our size. Would definitely recommend, and we'll be back next year.
If you’re looking for nightlife look elsewhere, if you’re looking for wildlife this is it. Booked for family gathering of 20 people worked out GREAT. Would definitely recommend!!
This our second time visiting it and it was just as great as the last. The space is very accommodating and there is room for everyone! Can’t wait to come back next year

Golf weekend
This is a second year we are using this cabin for our extended weekend golf trip. It accommodated 18 guys just fine.
We had an amazing time bringing in the new year in Au Gres! The property was beyond amazing. The trails were so much fun, the bardominuim was huge, and the communication with the property manager was great. We can't wait to book here again!
This place is exactly as advertised, and when you get there it is even better. House was pristine, adequately stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Property was amazing, ORV trails were a blast. Perfect place for hunting and/or golf outings, or just any fun gathering.

Long weekend Golf trip
We had 18 golfers use this property as a “base camp” for our long weekend golf outing. This house met our expectations. It is hard to find a place that has 20 beds. Having only 2 bathrooms was not issue for us.
The place was very clean and spacious. We were able to take some walks down the paths and enjoy outdoors even though it was cold out. Plenty of silverware and cooking equipment. We would recommend small fans for the rooms since they got warm at night.

Response from VrboOwner on 18 May 2022
Hi Nancy, the homeowners have asked us to share this response:
Thanks for your kind words and good feedback!
- We have supplied fans for the rooms and also restricted the vents to certain rooms to balance the heat since your feedback.
- You are right, the furnace is new and can really put out the heat. Turning on the ceiling fans in the large main room also does a great job distributing the heat, although it may not be obvious or get turned on.
Really glad you and your family enjoyed it and looking forward to having you back!
This place is just as advertised on this site. Very spacious and open floor plan. The atv trails were nice for the young adults to use. The fishing ponds are hard to get to due to many overgrown weeds. Everyone loved looking at all the animals in the house. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials except hand towels. We had 17 adults and 6 small children and had plenty of room. Host worked well with us and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd time staying
Overall everything was great. This was our second time booking this house. We loved the first time so we booked it again. Few minor issues. Not sure if the owner visits but there were many broken things and some were there from our stay two years ago. Dish washer leaksKitchen faucet handle falls off Island sink very loose(don’t recommend using. This was like this 2 years ago) Reclining sofa one side broken in the back and the arm is ripped. Reached out to the emergency contact via phone call and email. No response. For the price of renting these should be non issues. I would recommend a more thorough walkthrough after each renter leaves to ensure broken things are charged and fixed. Even though we had some issues, it didn’t ruin our stay. I do recommend renting especially if you are looking to ride trails. The property is great. Just hopefully they fix the issues :)
Had a group of 16 guys stay here and everyone loved it! Location was great for golf courses and still being remote. We were able to make all the noise we wanted and had no issues with complaints. We road four wheelers around that we had brought and shot clay pigeons behind the pond. Overall highly recommend and loved the setup. We did end up with 2 guys in the hospital but that’s another bonus, the property is 20 minutes from a hospital! Haha
