About this property

This is a one Bedroom, one Bath Condo. that has been recently remodeled with Modern, comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with beautiful Stainless Steel Appliances and everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable which includes everything down to the spoons! You just need to fill that beautiful refrigerator! The bathroom has a newer sink and cabinet and includes towels for the pool as well as for your daily needs. The Queen sized bedroom furniture has recently been added for your comfort and there is plenty of space in the beautiful bureau and closet for all your clothes while you are here. There are two flat screen T.V's using Roku. One in the Bedroom and one in the living area. Internet is also available for your use throughout your stay. The Condo also has a nice outdoor seating area overlooking one of the beautiful pools and Spas in the Guard Gated Community. If you want some exercise there are tennis and pickleball courts available. Come and enjoy this beautiful Condo, conveniently located near the Historic Aerial Tramway, architecturally historic Palm Spring Visitor Center and just a few miles from downtown Palm Springs. A very quite retreat for you to enjoy! There is so much to do in Palm Springs and so many delicious Restaurants nearby. I look forward to your visit!

North Palm Springs Condo

Stayed for the month of March 2023. Condo is cute as a button and exactly as shown on line. Comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Grounds and security are excellent. We enjoyed our stay

Great Stay

The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our one month stay. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area very close to the condo. We made good use of the available pickleball courts. The complex was also close to the downtown area.

Thoroughly Enjoyed

Property comes just as billed. We stayed for two months. It's an easy location to get to. Grounds, pool and area well kept. Condo is well stocked and had everything we looked for/needed to be comfortable. Nancy was easy to reach & very responsive on any inquiry.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Had all the amenities we needed. The pool was just steps away from the condo. The owner was always quick to answer questions. Everyone we met at the complex eas friendly and always willing to answer questions. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Our family loves to travel. Who doesn't right?!? We rented at Palm Springs Villas II and fell in love with the quiet, peaceful grounds and decided to Buy one! We are now extending the opportunity we had and enjoyment we received so that you can experience it as well. We want you to have the opportunity to stay at our updated, fully furnished Condo. and not break the "bank" while doing so. We offer a reasonably priced Condo. with luxury accommodations and we really hope you enjoy your stay.

Why they chose this property

The location. It is close enough to the noise and hustle and bustle of Downtown Palm Springs, but yet far enough away to feel like a nice peaceful retreat. You could walk downtown if you want to get a little exercise in or with just a few minutes drive, you can conveniently get there as well! Less than 3 miles from Palm Springs International Airport and convenient to other desert Cities as well.

What makes this property unique

You can enjoy the view of the Mountains from the front Balcony as well as of the pool, just a walk down the steps! Go Downtown or Stay home and relax! Close to the Palm Springs Tramway, right up the road!
