The "SEA-ESTA BEACH" is conveniently located just a short walking distance to the public beach access and several local restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom, 2 baths home is West facing which provides sun all day long. The screened in lanai area is very private and provides a wonderful setting with a heated pool, pool toys, Hot Tub, Weber Grill, and spacious outdoor seating and dinning area. The patio doors open wide for extra living space!
The garage houses all of the equipment (wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys) needed to enjoy the beautiful Marco Island beach and amazing sunsets!
All of the amenities are included such as: central air, linens, washer & dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, iron & Ironing board, alarm clock, 4 adult bikes and 2 bikes and helmets. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and every gadget needed to prepare a delicious meal. For those traveling with little ones we also have a pack and play with extra padded mattress, highchair, walker, tub and baby blankets and towels. For family enjoyment, we have lots of games, puzzles and books.

A great experience overall!

We are first time guests to this home and loved everything about it. The house was clean and well maintained, kitchen stocked with all the necessities, and the pool and amenities were great! We will be back in the future!

Perfect vacation house!

The house and location was perfect for our girls trip! The house is very clean and the pool/hot tub is great! The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby.

AMAZING stay!

this place was the absolute BEST! the location to the beach was great, and the house itself was immaculate! This house, by far, was the most accommodating rental we have ever booked. They have everything and more anyone could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We loved it!!

Great stay

The house was perfect for my family. We stayed two weeks and had a great time. It was very clean, had everything you will need, and is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Naples and the Everglades. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing!

This home is amazing for a vacation get away. It was furnished with everything needed, close to the beach, and the pool area was totally refreshing. The owner is also amazing with great communication and help before and during your stay. We cant wait to plan our next vist to Marco Island!

Gorgeous house, perfect location

We had a fantastic week in Marco Island at this beautiful home! Everything is updated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool and patio are fantastic. The location really couldn't be better with an easy walk to the beach, shops, and wonderful restaurants. On top of all that, the Codas are the most gracious, lovely hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent Vacation Home

This house is beautifully furnished in a lovely neighborhood. The spacious kitchen was "like new". Pool and patio area were exceptional. We were comfortable in bedroom/baths. We used the bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were provided (all in excellent condition, just like ones from home). We are planning to return again next year.

Relaxing oasis

This is the best summer/beach/pool house! We typically rent homes 4-6 times a year and this was our favorite. The home is the perfect mix of feeling like home and luxury. The property is immaculate. The pool is wonderful, secluded and peaceful. The lanai is excellent outdoor space. Easy walk to the beach with ample beach supplies and bikes. We loved Marco Island - beautiful beaches, awesome fishing in the 10,000 islands, paved running/biking trails. Perfect family vacation.

Waterlogged and Happy

Our first family vacation was a blast. Beautiful home, stocked with everything you’d need and more. Maritza is an awesome host who made sure we were comfortable and left us a lovely care package. We were there with our daughter (almost 3 years old). We would hit the beach in the morning and swim in the pool on afternoons. It felt like a real vacation… relaxing and being together. Can’t wait to come back again.

A perfect week

We were in town to escape home, float in a pool, and enjoy Marco Island - this house delivered on all accounts. The home is immaculate, well furnished, and a perfect place to relax - or to base your trips to the beach from. It’s only a 5 minute walk down the street. This house was perfectly set up for our family of four but could have handled more. The pool was great and stocked with rafts and toys for the kids. We left some additional inflatables for the next family. Great place, you’re literally in a perfect location.

Amazing Home

This house was simply amazing. First thing first, it's literally 7 min. walk to the beach. It's near restaurants, shops and excursions. The house is so beautiful, spacious and clean. The open floor plan, heated pool, spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen makes you want to stay forever. The owners were incredibly gracious and responded immediately to any questions we had. Our kids loved the heated pool as well as swimming at night. This home has everything as far as beach accessories. All you need to do is bring your suitcase, everything else is there for you (beach chairs, canopy, umbrella, coolers, beach cart, etc.). We will be renting this house again in the future. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS HOUSE!!!! :>)

Super Clean, Perfect Location, Amazing Host

Marco Island is beautiful and this house is no different! It was the perfect location for us to relax and enjoy a week of sun and water. We've been renting homes for family vacations for the last seven years and I'll admit that I'm super picky about the houses we choose. Oh my goodness, this house is so clean and everything is perfect! From the linens on the beds to the little extras provided in the cupboards, we loved everything about this house. The decor is beautiful and perfect size for our family of six. The beach gear was a huge plus; being able to trail the little wagon was super helpful. My husband and I took advantage of the bikes everyday to ride around the neighborhood, which is quiet and friendly. My oldest was with us and working remotely, so he needed reliable internet. No problem at all! He set himself up on the lanai and had conference calls while chilling on the outdoor couch. I don't think he wanted to leave! :) Maritza is such a gracious host. She kept in contact with us as we waited for the county to open up rentals to out-of-state guests and then continued to keep us up to date for check-in. She is amazing and genuinely cares about her renters. We cannot thank her enough for her generosity when we encountered a couple concerns and she was even available to offer advice when we needed to find a local doctor. Thank-you so very much! Oh- quick note...love the shell box in the entry way and being able to add our own before we left. Super fun.

Stunning home and gracious host

The property was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The location was perfect just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen especially was very well stocked. The outside living space was also stunning! The host was very communicative and gracious, definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at in Florida!

Great Home

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will hope to stay here again. Another couple and our college age daugther were very comfortable. When you walked into the home, the decorations and quality of furnishings were really nice. This felt like a home for a week.The house was so clean with every kitchen utensil, plate, and pan that one would possibly need. The kitchen bar area was very nice to eat at as it opened up into a comfortable sitting area with the TV. The beach supplies made walking to the beach so easy with towels, umbrellas, wagon, and chairs. We walked each day. Bikes were available.Our favorite area was the outside sitting area which had a TV and very comfortable outdoor furntiure to watch the games in. The table outside allowed a great place to work and eat. The pool was warm and it was nice to be able to turn up the hot tub as I like warmer water. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and pillows as I usually don't sleep well but was fine. The walk in shower with both the rainfall and shower head was very relaxing. The twin bed option was nice for our daughter.The owners were so great with communication. I had questions prior to booking and they were very quick with response. The owners also checked in via email to make sure things were ok. They provided recommendations on restruants in the area as well as information for the Farmers Market which had great produce and baked goods. A great home!!!!!

The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. We have been to Marco Island every year for the last ten. This home has the best location as its walking distance to the public beach access and a half dozen great restaurants. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine and then some. The checking process was easy and the house was spotless on arrival. We look forward to returning.

Absolutely lovely!

Our family of four with two small kids loved this house and we will be back! The pool was amazing. There were indoor toys, games, and books; pool toys, floaties for the toddler, beach toys, and everything you could ever need for a day at the beach including umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and so many towels. Great location with walking to the beach, ice cream, and shops. We rode bikes to the playground and had an amazing time. I have to say this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. My little ones constantly loose things so I tear apart couches and move furniture regularly. Everything was spotless.I highly recommend this house!!

Perfect staycation!

We had a pleasant stay at the home. The house was spacious, clean and truly spectacular. We loved the shell box in the entrance, very nice touch. The kids had a fantastic time, and the space was perfect for our family. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, however, the owners, Maritza and Jeff, were very responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything was quickly resolved. Overall, a nice experience with great service! We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing beachy property!

The absolute BEST vacation home! Maritza (homeowner) was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The home was beautifully furnished, and in like new condition. Perfect Family Beach House

We spent 12 nights with 4 adults and 2 children ages 5 & 8. The house was gorgeous, even better than the pictures and had absolutely everything you could need for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach gear was stocked with coolers, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand castle toys and sea shelling. The outside shower was great after the beach to wash away the sand and rinse off. The pool and outdoor space was perfect for family barbecues and watching movies from the heated pool and spa jacuzzi. Great communication and very attentive hosts. We will definitely return one day, this house had it all and ticket all the boxes. The walk to the beach access was easy with the beach cart to tug gear back and forth and a very short drive to south beach access parking with the best beach and sea shells. Truly a paradise location and beach house!

Perfect Getaway!

The property was just as described and pictured. The house was immaculate. We visited with my two high school children and it was the perfect amount of space. I especially loved our private pool and outdoor living space! We dined out most nights but the kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Maritza was an amazing host, and answered all of my questions before and during our trip. Will definitely be back one day.
