No communication from Bach Care

This property was nice and clean but clearly needed some maintenance - the taps all dripped and were hard to turn off, the white bunk beds were very unstable (loose connections) and were not safe to sleep in. We had an issue with the free wifi - the information provided gave us an incorrect password so we couldn't access it. Three calls to Bach Care on the number provided were not answered, The first time it cut us off after waiting more than 10 mins. The second time we gave up after waiting 15 mins. The third time we left a message but never received a call back. In the end we found the modem with the correct password on it. I wonder what would have happened if we had an urgent need for assistance. The property is expensive for what it is, no doubt the price is pushed up due to involvement of Bach Care..
