The rental company was very helpful with an issue we had not related to the stay and we plan on staying with them again.

Elevator broke and water was too cool

We had one of our travel mates stuck in the elevator then it just quit working a minimum of 4 times. When we contacted the building/property manager they said the elevator is an amenity. I contend that for ADA purposes we should have been offered a lower level location or they should have kept it better maintained. We left early because we couldnt move freely around the property. The water temp for the shower, dishes and washing clothes was barely cool, bordered on cold. I contacted them.about it and they responded with, "we will get back with you", but i havent heard anything since. I will NOT be going back. Location great, cleanliness great, view great. But this building is obviously old.

Hi Dyan! Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We sincerely apologize you experienced issues with the elevator during your time. Unlike hotels, each condo is indvidually owned and we had no way to offer alternative accomodations in that building as we only mange that condo. We also have no control over the elevator at the property. The HOA of that property is a private board and they are responsible for the upkeep of the building and common areas. We do however see that you spoke to our managment team and they refunded you part of your stay for the issues you experienced. We did not see however, where you reported the water temperature concerns during your stay, we have 24/7 maintainence and would have sent someone over day or night. All of our calls are recorded and the only call we had received was the day you informed us you were leaving early, and the very next day is when our managment team called and issued your refund.
