The one bedroom and studio combination have 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas
Each suite has its own kitchenette. The master kitchen comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Dishes, cookware, and small appliances are available by request at the front desk at the time of check-in.
The master bathroom in the studio and one bedroom unit is complete with a walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub.
The property is walking distance to Planet Hollywood and TopGolf! Our guest will also have access to the amenities at MGM Grand including the pools, gym, fine dining establishments, and lively bars.

Property was fantastic and we had an amazing time. Great view and location. It just sounds super cool to say we stayed at the penthouse suite :) Bathrooms were nice, beds were comfy. The only negative I’d say is the required valet parking as I prefer self park.

Incredible Views, Great Penthouse

This is a perfect location to be close to the strip but not on it. The property was convenient to MGM and the Strip with many amenities. The rooms were very nice, clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony had great views of the Sphere and upper Strip.

Beautiful Views!

This was perfect for our family of 4 to stay at for spring break! The views were spectacular! Not far from the strip. Loved how there was a connecting walkway thru the 3 towers to the MGM. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend getting more utensils, cups and plates for kitchen area.

Once Again, A GREAT Weekend!

We have stayed at The Signature at the MGM numerous times over the past 15 years. We have NEVER been disappointed. The location is unbelievably convenient to walk to the MGM & The Strip. Two couples sharing the double suite with each having their own bedroom and sharing the common space is great! Some of the furnishings are somewhat dated, but that did not take away from the Suite as a whole. When we return, there is only 1 place we consider and will definitely be back!

Excellent experience. Everyone enjoyed the property and the stay. Needs more amenities included such as a broom, trash disposal instructions, and yes, larger coffee pot and cups (we called it Barbie coffee). The carpet was horrible for how nice the room was. Might want to consider alternate flooring options.

Perfect girls retreat

My 2 sisters and 1 cousin wanted a girls retreat and this was the perfect solution! We thoroughly enjoyed these suites connected with a common foyer. The four of us had plenty of room to gather together, catch up with each other and plan our adventures. The monorail was so close and convenient to explore the strip that we did not need a car. The only recommendation we have is a larger coffee pot and the dining room chairs could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, perfect!

The first night, upon returning from an event, we had to park at the MGM self park because Vrbo “complimentary” valet service was not available. It was a 20 minute walk back to the Signature Tower.

Good location, Great view, very clean, outdated furnishings.

No regrets on renting this property for my wife and three teenagers to stay in for a few days. Easy to access and convenient walk to Top Golf, MGM, and Planet Hollywood. The strip is only a bit further from Planet Hollywood so no taxi is necessary. Walking distance to the monorail was nice but keep in mind that this property is in Tower 3, so it takes about 10 minutes to get to the MGM where the monorail is located. The view from the balcony and all of the windows is fantastic. The Sphere was in perfect view. The only negative item worth mentioning is the mattress in the master bedroom, which is firmer than any mattress I’ve ever slept on.

Girls Weekend - Lots of space

This was a perfect spot to pamper ourselves after hiking the Grand Canyon for a few days. It sleeps 7-8 OK, but the fold-out beds could be updated. They are sort of old. The unit could use larger and more coffee mugs and glasses. This is just an observation and overall the property was great. It was nice to have 2 separate but really connected suites. The bathrooms were very large and perfect for a large group of women who all had to get ready at the same time.

MGM signature tower 3

We loved having two units so with three bathrooms total for 6 adults. There were lots of positives: great bathrooms and kitchenettes. Units seemed very clean. Beautiful balcony view. Negatives: check in took over 1.5 hours. It was ridiculously long. The units really need updated furniture and carpet. It’s starting to look tired, and could be amazing with updates. Location was way too far from strip for my group, but perfect for those who would like more quiet. Tower 3 is farthest walk from mgm grand also. I would’ve rated much higher if furniture and carpet were updated. Lobby is beautiful. Also, lots of coffee, snacks, and breakfast nooks. Wolfgang Puck had amazing breakfast too!

Amazing penthouse…but wasn’t ready for us on time.

The penthouse we stayed in was perfect for our group of 8 longtime friends on a girls’ weekend. However, check in wasn’t until 3pm and then wasn’t even ready until 4pm without any communication about the delay. That was a difficult way to start our trip.

Great location, very spacious condo, wonderful views from the balcony. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. The Starbucks downstairs was nice & very quick service. The breakfast from the deli downstairs (Delight) was excellent according to my husband. The walk from our building to the casino was not too far took about 5 minutes. We will be back
