Aranui Palms was a wonderful oasis to enjoy with our golden retriever. Java Cafe has the best coffee and the Mapua community was so friendly

A delightful old property in an equally delightful town.
The property could do with a lot of trimming back of the mature trees to allow more sun in but I imagine in mid summer it’s very pleasant. Once the gardeners had cleaned up the section it looked a lot better. The house was very comfortable with a great shower and we lit the efficient fire on the particularly cold night.

All in all a good place to stay in, will be perfect for summer time or warmer months. Its an old type house so can get a bit cold if you stay winter season or rainy periods. One more heat pump out the back conservatory area would make sense.
Beautifully decorated with a lot of unique antiques and an arty feel. Smart TV was an added bonus for kiddo lol. Pet friendly, although if you being your furry friend, be aware that doggo can see eveyone walking past main road from living room and garden (if you have a dog that barks at bicycles and passing people you'll have to keep doggo inside most times, as the fence isn't high)
Overall a good and comfortable rental place, would stay again.
