Bright, colourful and Airy, Beach Lovers Delight @ Thirroul Beach is a multi level property and has master bedroom located upstairs for privacy, with living and dining located to capture the ocean breeze and view. The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower two levels along with the TV room and pool and rear yard access.
There is no access to the garage, parking for 1-2 cars depending on size is available in the driveway and on street free parking is available.

I was raised and have lived locally in the Northern Illawarra all my life.
I love the area because of the proximity of the escarpment to the sea and how the holiday homes I proudly manage are amid both the coastline and bush.
Living in this area we are spoilt with spectacular views and wonderful scenic drives, beaches to surf and play in and an escarpment to explore and I love to share this with visitors to our region.

It is a 50m walk to be on the beach reserve and a just a short stroll from everything that Thirroul Village has on offer, shopping, dining and entertainment.
The pool in the rear yard is a bonus as well as the two living areas, a great home for the family and upon application, furry friends can come too!
