Really nice location, close to Kierland. Very clean unit with awesome views and plenty of amenities.

Easy check in/out process and an accurate listing of the property. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Tired property, deferred maintenance, cheaply furnished, would not recommend

These units are not in good condition. There is so much deferred maintenance it's not possible to list it all. The units were difficult to find and the arrival instructions weren't great. To access the lock box you have to enter a garage code, which we did, but the garage door was broken. We waited for an hour, at night, in the rain as we tried to work the cumbersome phone process to get someone to help. We ultimately contacted maintenance for the complex, who got us in. Once in, the place was dingy and smelled like cigarette smoke, so we contacted the unit manager (who once we got ahold of him was helpful) and he arranged for us to move to a different one, so we ended up spending over 2 hours "checking-in". The new unit didn't smell like smoke but certainly wasn't fresh and there were many dirty and broken items. Examples include: the vent shroud above the microwave fell off onto the stove cooking surface when the exhaust fan was turned on; the dishwasher was old and the seal on it was hanging down; there were stains all over the back of the lounge chair in the living room; the toilet paper holder in the master bath was broken; the bath/shower in the second bath was dirty; there was hair in the bathroom drawers; the bathroom ceiling fan grills looked like they'd never been cleaned; the baseboards were all chewed up and many had what looked like 10 or more coats of paint built on them; there was paint all over door handles. Beyond the condition of the unit, the provisions provided were super low end and many kitchen utensils should have been retired years ago. The paper towels were the thinnest ply you can buy and that underscores how the owners cut every possible corner to minimizer spend on the units. When we changed units we were able to look at one additional unit beyond the one we moved to. Having seen three units, they were all furnished the same and had the same tired look, so it wasn't just the one unit that we stayed in that was a problem. Zero chance we'd stay here again. One last thing, these units are all adjacent to the Scottsdale airport, something that was (unsurprisingly) not listed in the listing write-up. So, in addition to a crappy unit, you get to listen to airplanes taking off and landing.

We are so sorry to hear your experience was only 2 stars. We will always go above and beyond for our guests so whenever there is an issue we have someone by to assist. Unfortunately, this issue was outside our 9am - 6pm office hours so we had to get someone up there after hours to assist once we knew of the issue and this takes time and for that we are really sorry. We offer direct condo check ins and you get access with a garage pin. In this instance the guest didn't press the enter button after entering the garage code which is cleary explained in the check in details. We undertsand if you haven't stayed with us before that direction details can be missed and someone is available 24/7 for any issues that may come up. We also have several condos at this property so if there is an issue with the condo you get placed in we can always move you to another condo like we did in this case. We also feature other properties in the same great area of Scottsdale so if for any reason the property is not for you we can usually provide other options to make sure you get the most out of your vacation. The photos of our condos on VRBO are exactly what all our condos look like. The condos are very nicely decorated, there is a 65 inch smart TV in the living, TV's in all of the bedrooms, there are quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, updated flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, attached garage for parking, a few nice pools, hot tubs, fitness center, gas baerbecue grills, a large clubhouse off the pool area, and the location on TPC Scottsdale Golf Course and close to restaurants and shops is tough to beat. Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter Shopping Malls are 5 minutes away, hiking in the McDowell Mountains is 10 minutes away, golf at TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk, Kierland, and McDowell Mountain are a few minutes away, and so much more to do in the area. We really wish this guest had a better stay but we only heard from them the first night regarding check in issues so we had no idea they did not love the condos. Had we known we would have done everything we could to make sure they had the best stay possible because our guests are always our #1 priority!

North Scottsdale Condos

We rented 2 condos for a family gathering. All 10 of us cooked and ate in one condo and there was plenty of plates, silverware etc. Bedrooms were plenty big and the beds we’re very comfortable. The pool area was very nice with covered areas available and some part of at least one of the pools shaded all day. There were grills available and the fitness room was adequate. We would stay here again
