POOL HEATING COST: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $50/night Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. For bookings made through other channels, payment can be made in the Marketplace section of the online Guidebook, which we will text you 14 days prior to your stay. Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. For example, if you pay for Friday night, the heating will be available from midday Friday to midday Saturday, aligning with your reservation timeline.

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

LATE CHECKOUT
Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night, so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book for themselves.

POOL HEATING FEE
Due to high utility costs of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $50/night OR $300/week + taxes and fees.
