Your next vacation retreat is nestled in the beautiful Pointe Royale Gated Golf Resort. Amazing grounds and amenities all around you! Walk right into this 3BR/2 Bath condo/townhome located just a short 4.5 miles from the Branson Strip. This is the perfect location to great restaurants, entertainment, lake time, shopping, and everything else Branson has to offer!

LIVING AREA

After a busy day of sightseeing, unwind in the large living room, furnished with a large sectional sofa and recliner. Enjoy movie night on the 70" smart TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stocked to create meals for your group!

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for two or gather around the dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Don't want to do stairs.....retreat to the main floor master king suite with an en-suite bathroom. Head upstairs to find a queen bedroom, bunk room and second bathroom. Smart TV's in all bedrooms to stream your Netflix and enjoy a late night show before a restful nights sleep. Access the upstairs deck from both bedrooms.

Take in the Ozark air on the back patio or upstairs balcony.

Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the condo. Washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub (adult only), playground, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

***Dogs CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dogs. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

The property was immaculate and had wonderful available amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub! There were tons of games provided and as a group of four adults and two kids making memories and getting to be together. It was the perfect place to call home for our Branson weekend. The location of this place is just with 10 to 22 minutes of everything on the strip. The place was really nice and roomy. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again if we go back.

We booked this place at the last minute and it was perfect for our family. Not overly big but just enough space for our 4 adults plus four young kids. My sons loved the NBA Jam arcade game and all the puzzles. Just a few miles from Silver Dollar City and other fun Branson attractions. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great condo

I picked this condo because it was far enough away from the strip and I needed 3 bedrooms with no stairs for my parents. The condo is decorated cute and the layout with the master bedroom and bathroom were perfect for what we needed. Checkin was quick and we enjoyed the balcony from the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The indoor pool was great for the kids but remember to bring towels. Overall would stay here again for the easy check in and location.

Perfect place for a family

Everything was well thought out, clean, and the property is in great shape! It was a perfect amount of space for our family of five. The kids absolutely loved the arcade and Nintendo system on the second floor. It is easy walking distance to the club house which has an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness facility, and cafe. Easy quick drive to the shows and activities in Branson and also close to Table Rock lake.

Great place. Spent Christmas here and thought we would bring a small 4 ft. tree to make it like home. they already had a lit tree inside. Had a question and texted property manager and received a call right away. Was wondering about how luxurious after seeing the blue and white bunkbeds (little childish looking) but was so wrong. Love this place and will be back.

My name is Brenda, I am the property manger of Lake Life Vacation Rentals and I am the owner/property manager of this beautiful Pointe Royale townhome.

My husband and I first vacationed in Branson in 2010, and absolutely fell in love with the area and Table Rock Lake. So much so that we set a goal to purchase a home in the area. Five years later, we purchased our first home and now own and manage several vacation homes in the area.

We love coming to Branson and shopping, taking in shows, boating on Table Rock Lake, and going to Silver Dollar City (this is our kids' favorite part). My dad loves to come and fly fish, and loves talking about the one that got away even more :)

We travel a lot and have come to realize things that are most important to us when renting a space. We make sure we add all those components to our homes and the ones we manage. We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo and fall in love with the area like we did!
