This 2 storey, 4 bedroom house is perfectly located, with just a short 2 minute walk to the main street shopping centre, restaurants, rainbow park playground, mini golf and the inlet beach. There is plenty of room for everyone with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room downstairs, and a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom and family room upstairs.

Ideally set up for 2 families, or else put the kids upstairs so you can relax in peace downstairs.

Recently renovated and updated with ample undercover parking space. Enjoy the water views from the upstairs balcony. Reverse cycle air conditioning, gas ducted heating, gas hot water and stove, a pool table and a large undercover pergola area at the rear leading on to the well maintained north facing backyard, perfect for BBQs and entertaining, or just relaxing in the sun.

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of kitchen provisions, comfy beds and good showers. The laundry room extra fridge and toilet were a welcomed bonus. Will definitely book this one again.

Great holiday!!

House is in a great spot, east walk to town and beach. The house is very comfortable and perfect for two families. Our teenage kids enjoyed the upstairs lounge room/pool table. Great communication made check in a breeze. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

A great place to stay for our extended family of 6 adults, an active toddler and a baby. Plenty of space, inside and outside, comfortable beds and fantastic location (playground, park, beach and coffee shops all an easy walk away.) Great backyard and covered eating area. We appreciated the generous supply of kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as games, CDs, DVDs… even boogie boards! Loved the pool table too. Chocolates on arrival were a special treat. Communications were clear, timely and friendly. Thank you to all involved. Our family loved our holiday together at Top of Scarborough, the ‘beach house’.
