Noise monitor within property to monitor noise levels and ensure Quiet Hours of 10pm - 7am are being adhered to. The device only monitors noise levels and does not record.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place, or there is evidence of a party, there will be an $500 penalty, plus we will request the repair costs, plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

Lastly, all bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest, choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner KNOW YOUR GUEST - Superhog.
