A light and spacious family holiday home with spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen plus sliding glass doors that open to the large undercover all weather deck for the casual BBQ and easy entertaining.

This house perfectly captures the "beachy' feel and holiday vibe.

Located just a 30 second walk from the rear entrance of the Middleton Beach Huts and their famous Blues restaurant. This house is perfect for those needing somewhere close by to stay when attending a wedding.

Enjoy a 7 minute stroll to the sandy shores of Middleton beach or the same time to walk through to the cafes, bakery and pub on the Main Street.

The house itself is very well equipped for family entertaining and there are three spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with tri bunk as well as a set of single bed bunks. Two bathrooms service the three bedrooms.

All bed linen, tea towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers are included.

Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
Well behaved dogs are permitted with permission.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

Middleton getaway

Ballantree was delightful getaway for our family and 2 dogs. The house was very clean, had all the essential amenities and the kids loved the games room. Just a short walk from the beach, which we loved doing every morning and evening. I would highly recommend ballantree.

Great stay with family

I had a great time with my family. My teen children was very busy playing pool game. My husband enjoyed relaxing time with my dog. We enjoyed camp fire at night time and watching star in the sky. 10min walk to beach and few minute drive to shops and restaurants. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for providing us this beautiful holiday.

Wish we had longer

Simply beautiful with a warm homely feel. Everything we needed was there, we just needed to arrive and relax! There are enough spaces to share the house with friends and keep everyone entertained even when the weather was wintery. Cant wait to visit again when we have more time.

A bit of everything!

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to the beach and with the games room, fire pit and the comforts of the outdoor dining and lounge, we had the best mini holiday. Just what the doctor ordered. Great communication from Deb and so clean and modern. Thank you. See you again soon.
