Summary:
Situated in a very popular location in Middleton this 4 bedroom beautifully presented home is sure to be one you will come back to again and again. Within walking distance to the beach and a scenic drive either way to Goolwa or Port Elliot there is plenty to love about holidaying here.

The Space:
Inside the front door the living area with high raked ceiling is open plan with large picturesque windows which span across the front timber decking. Relax in the comfortable lounges where there is plenty of space for family or friends to connect.
Dine at the timber setting for eight, sit at the breakfast bar on stools or prepare meals from the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, pantry, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Split System air conditioning in lounge/dining and ducted heating/cooling throughout the home.

There is a second large living area with TV and two beautiful comfy lounges with direct access through sliding glass doors to the outdoor balcony.

At the front of the home is the very large main bedroom with full height windows again looking out on to the front deck and an ensuite with shower, toilet and basin. There is also a walk-in robe to hang your clothing.

Bedroom two has a single bunk bed.
Bedroom Three includes 2 single beds, and a clothing rack.
Bedroom Four has a queen bed and lovely furnishings.

Main Bathroom with a spa bath, separate shower and vanity.
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and access to outside.

The rear yard is very well kept with a large undercover decking which includes a bbq and gorgeous outdoor setting to seat 8 while you watch the children play on the green lawn.
Garage under main roof and large driveway for several vehicles.

Summer Holiday

Loved Matilda’s place!!

We loved everything about our stay - the house suited our two small families perfectly. Wonderful for young kids with lots of outdoor and indoor space to play. Very comfortable for all of us. Very nice cosy house

House was excellent, very clean and tidy. Needs bath mats, tea towels and extra toilet paper or let people know they have to bring it other wise a great spot.

Fun stay in middleton

We enjoyed our stay at Matilda’s place. The house had a great layout for our family stay with 2 bathrooms and living areas plus a nice outdoor decked pagola. The house was walking distance to the beach and a playground up the road which was good for the kids. We couldn’t find any more garbage bags to use so had to buy some ourselves not a big issue. Overall a great stay

Great location, spacious clean house

Handy for the beach for surfing and the Goolwa end of Middleton, so easy access to shops and the wharf. Spacious house, room for 3 teenage kids to each have their own space. We appreciated the Xmas decor, Bon-Bon’s and sweets .. a nice touch . Maybe too many air freshners?

Nice house in good location for what we wanted. BBQ tray was not cleaned and there were birds nesting above the desk so they had left a little mess on one of the chairs. Over all clean and tidy and in good spot and would consider staying again

Sorry to hear of these issues David, we are working on eradicating the birds from under the veranda. I believe the BBQ plate was clean and it was the tray under the plate that may have had a little bit of fat in it. We do try to keep them as clean as possible and will alert the cleaners to check the under trays. We would love to host you again in the future.

Wonderful stay, would definitely stay again!

Thank you for such a comfortable & relaxing stay. House was immaculate, so clean & what a surprise to arrive & see a bottle of wine & chocolates. Ours 2 pups were well cared for & had more than adequate shelter outdoors from the weather. We truly had a great time & would definitely stay again. My only constructive feedback back would be that the keys are made available on the property rather than having to pick them up from an office. Additionally way too many scented room deodorisers
